Apple Creek Frisco

Our two boys have attended Apple Creek and our family has been so happy with the experience. Our older son was in the 3s and 4s classes with Enrichment classes in the afternoon. Our youngest started in the 2s and is currently in a 3 year old class with the Alphabet Immersion add-on. The extra reading and alphabet learning options have helped our kids to begin reading super early and are way ahead when they get to kindergarten. The teachers get better and better every year and we have always loved the environment created by the staff and teachers at Apple Creek!

Apple Creek has been such a blessing for our family. Our son has been attending since PK2 and is now in TK (transitional kindergarten), and he still literally skips to school every morning. He’s just as joyful when we pick him up, which says everything about how safe, happy, and loved he feels there. Every teacher he’s had has genuinely cared for him. He talks about them constantly at home and even includes them in his bedtime “storytimes” that he improvises for us. That kind of connection doesn’t happen by accident — it comes from teachers who truly know and love their students. One thing that sets Apple Creek apart is the stability. The founder/owner, Tammie Williams, is still very involved with the school. The director, Karen Barron, has been there for over 20 years, and the assistant directors have also been there a long time. They’re all incredibly warm and approachable. We’ve never once felt like we were bothering Karen when we needed to talk. The whole leadership team truly feels like family. Our child has grown so much both socially and academically. Kindergarten isn’t until next year, but we constantly hear that Apple Creek kids arrive overprepared — and based on what we’ve seen, we believe it. We also appreciate how flexible the school is for different family schedules. You can choose half day or full day by adding the Stay & Play afternoon program or an enrichment class (available in PK4 and TK), and you can pick between 2, 3, or 5 days a week. The community is another huge highlight. The families are warm, welcoming, and diverse — we end up seeing each other at birthday parties and playdate meetups all the time. Apple Creek also offers free parenting workshops that cover everything from emotional regulation to eating habits, and they’ve been so helpful. And the biggest sign of how special this place is: so many families, including us, willingly drive 20–30 minutes (or more) each way just to be here. It’s not a school of convenience — it’s a school you go out of your way for because it’s worth it. We couldn’t be happier with Apple Creek and feel incredibly lucky to be part of this community.

It's with a mix of bittersweet emotions that we say goodbye to Apple Creek Preschool after six incredible years. Our youngest recently had his last day, marking the end of an era for our family, as both of our children have had the privilege of growing and learning within its nurturing walls. From the moment our first child started, we knew Apple Creek was a special place. The director has created an environment that feels like an extension of home – warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive. Her dedication and vision are evident in every aspect of the school. And the teachers! We truly cannot say enough good things. Each and every teacher our children encountered was not just an educator, but a genuine caregiver. Their passion for early childhood development, their patience, and their ability to connect with each individual child is truly remarkable. They fostered a love of learning, encouraged curiosity, and helped our children build confidence and essential social skills. Most importantly, our kids absolutely loved their time at Apple Creek. They looked forward to going to school every day, came home with exciting stories, and formed lasting friendships. As parents, there's no greater comfort than knowing your children are happy, safe, and thriving in their learning environment. Apple Creek Preschool has played an invaluable role in our family's journey, providing a foundation of kindness, education, and joy. We are profoundly grateful for the wonderful memories and the exceptional care our children received. Thank you, Apple Creek, for six truly wonderful years!

Apple Creek is such a warm, loving environment with a wonderful director. Everyone is always so helpful and responsive to parents, they take such good care of the kids at such an early stage in their life and best of all, my daughter has grown so much for the past 2.5 years and she loves it so much!

We are so happy our child attends Apple Creek! He has learned so much in the time he has been at school, but what is most important to us is that he comes home happy everyday and talks about how much he loves going to school! He is happy and cared for with compassion - what more can you ask for as a parent?! We are so thankful for the educators and staff at Apple Creek!
