My experience at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia was truly impressive. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt electric whether you’re there for a Falcons game, an Atlanta United match, or a major concert, the energy is always on another level. The stadium itself is clean, modern, and incredibly well-designed, with plenty of space to move around without feeling overcrowded. One thing that really stood out to me was the affordable concession prices. It’s rare to find a stadium where you can grab good food and drinks without feeling overcharged, but Mercedes-Benz Stadium delivers on that promise. The variety of options is great too, so there’s something for everyone. The staff throughout the building were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. The seating is comfortable and offers great views no matter where you’re sitting. The massive Halo Board is a game-changer it keeps you engaged with crystal-clear visuals and replays. Parking and entry were way more organized than I expected, which made getting in and out much easier. Overall, Mercedes-Benz Stadium sets the standard for what a modern sports and entertainment venue should be. I’d definitely recommend visiting for any event you won’t be disappointed.
The stadium itself is huge, modern and clean. The security and admission lines move pretty quickly. The food and beverage area for the club seat section has a nice setup. The entertainment is really good as is the team taps into the hip hop roots of the city and the many hip hop artists with local ties. All that said, I had three critiques: - The stadium food could be better. Not saying there are Michelin level expectations, but more diversity of options and more creativity, especially in the club and suite sections would be nice. - Transporation to and from is horrible. In fact, leaving the stadium after the game is especially mind numbingly bad. Took HOURS to catch an Uber. The staff tries to manage things, but their frustration is evident, which also adds more tension. - The stadium environment is flat and lacks any excitement outside of the musical performances. There is a "spirit section", which is designated to consistently be hype or "lit" as the kids say, but that only highlights the overall lack of buzz in the stadium. Comparatively, other stadiums have a buzz that you can see and feel purely for the sport and don't need musical performances to amp things up.
had a fantastic time at Mercedes-Benz Stadium during the Commanders vs. Falcons game. Entry and exit were impressively smooth — minimal wait times, clear signage, and well-trained staff made the flow effortless. Concessions were a major highlight: the “fan first” pricing really shows — hot dogs, soda, popcorn, pretzels all hovered in the $2–$3 range, cheeseburgers around $5, fries about $6. It’s almost unheard of at a major stadium, and it didn’t feel like any corners were cut. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful — ushers, concession workers, security — everyone seemed to take pride in making your experience positive. From my seat, I had a clean, unobstructed view of the field; the sightlines were strong and immersive. Overall, it’s rare to see a stadium that balances affordability, efficiency, and atmosphere so well — I’d happily go back.
The Review is specifically about the TOUR. It was a Monday morning. We went with the grandkids school trips. Not knowing the exact entrance it took a minute to find out getting from the Silver Parking Deck to the number 2 entrance. They have the standard personal checks to get in. Once inside all of the employees were friendly and accommodating. Once the tour started, we saw the locker rooms of Atlanta United and Falcons. All of the player names were on there. Lockers. We were able to go down to the field and got to stand at the edge of the field. They have an excellent display of Ga Highschool football players and Ga players who made it in the pros. We also got to see inner workings of the stadium that included catching and reusing rainwater, solar energy use and trash sorting and reuse. A lot of the places we went, you would never see on game day. Along the way posters were pointed out and also some of the interesting history of the stadium and teams that work there. This is an excellent 90 minute tour. FYI: The gift shop was not open and there was no food available. Keep up with the restrooms. There are some places not normally available to the public that does not have bathrooms.&
This was our first time at the stadium and NFL game. Every single staff member I interacted with was exceptional. From parking, walking the .9 mile to the stadium, someone catching my bag was too big before I got too far in, security checking our person and giving us wristbands, the elevator operator, the man who gave use directions and the woman who gave them initially, the stair attendants, the bathroom attendant was on a mission and the concession staff... all was a well oiled, structured process. The fans we sat next to were so kind. We had dirty bird wings, cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, fries, fresh chocolate chip cookies and brownies. It was all good. The wings weren't super fatty and had crunch still. It was all tasty. Next time we may try other concessions because there was a good variety we didn't get to. Be sure to book parking in ADVANCE for the best experience before and after the game.
