This place is the worst...!!!! Unorganized and terrible with communication and lost my daughter's paperwork, that I personally brought down myself asked to wait until they received my paperwork.I was told they were at lunch when they weren't and then they claim they don't know what happened to my important documents that could be in anyone's hands at this point! I was utterly disgusted with how they handled my daughter starting her first year of preschool Aug 31st and she was so excited to start but now they can't tell me when she will be actually able to start I'm looking at other preschools that are more professional as of today and I would advise you to do the same.
I applied to this preschool in the middle of august i filled out an application online just so i didn’t have to fill it out there & was told I needed to come and sign papers when I get there the lady in the front was rude and on top of that I still had to fill out the application when I got there because they didn’t feel like doing their job and ask the rude lady downstairs to supposedly send her my application I already filled out i gave them all the information they needed just for the lady to say they needed the physical copy for my child even though they said nothing about bringing documentation just come up here and sign papers because I have filled everything out online so I had to send a copy of social I was told once application is complete they will call me or send a letter to let me know if I was approved but I will definitely get a notification and I should hear something back within a week I have yet to hear from anyone concerning this matter I leave messages no response this is a bad way to do business and I will not recommend them to any parents I know
