The staff and teachers are great . With their help my two-year-old was potty trained in less than three months my children are advanced well beyond their age and letters numbers colors etc. they really care that your child gets the best head start

My son went to this daycare before starting school. He just finished with 1st grade and still talks to me about the mean things he went through at this school. Him and one of his friends are still always talking about this older woman who would come in at nap time to give the classroom teacher a break and says she would slap them if they didn’t close their eyes for nap time or she walked by and seen their eyes open. He also came home and told me of the same teacher kicking his sleep mattress because he didn’t want to get up from his nap, she kicked it and yelled GET UP!. The same teacher also popped him on the head so hard he cried while outside at recess, when I went to talk to the owner she acted as if she didn’t care. She always had an excuse of why I couldn’t watch the cameras and it was also during covid so they wouldn’t let any parent into the building so I could have my son show me which teacher he was talking about. He was only three or four at the time and has always had speech issues. God only knows what happen to him before he came trying to explain to me about these incidents. Her and the office lady would call me almost every day have me leave work and come get him for something that could’ve been handled without sending him home. I missed many hours at work and I was receiving vouchers at the time so the daycare still got paid either way. Some of the staff my child loved and still loves to this day but sadly the bad out weighed the good. I wouldn’t recommend anyone sending their child here. This is just one of the many stories. Other parents have also came to me and told me of incidents involving their children too

I witnessed this daycare at the movies with 1 staff with aprox 20 kids and they were loud, talking, climbing on the seats and throwing trash behind their seats in the isle and the staff person just sitting texting on her phone, allowing the kids to continue this teriable behavior. As a parent I would be ashamed to know my child was permitted to act like this and staff allowing this vs doing their job.

Considering me staying in Thomasville I've never considered using this daycare now that I'm using it I'm in complete Awe they are so awesome the Teachers and office Staff so professional and knowledgeable about the kids I will be using Alpha Academy for all the kids that come into my care

The best childcare I ever seen they teach the kids not just baby sit I love it
