Called and demanded payment when we've always paid on time. Told me to come get my kid immediately .Under the new ownership , avoid at all costs. A good portion of the staff is also leaving because of the poor conditions. What use to be an ideal place to take your kids as now place avoid. Care of children has been steadily declining over the past year.
Very Unprofessional doesn’t inform parents about things that’s going around in the center, Center had lice and bedbugs for months and didn’t inform none of the parents Management is horrible. Children doesn’t learn anything and Directors are very money hungry
Do not use this daycare if you have a flexible work schedule. Despite having a flat weekly rate, they will not accommodate a schedule change. Also do not use this daycare if you work weekends or don't work Mon-Fri every week, as you will be paying the same amount whether you use their services for 2 days or for 5 days. They're also closed on holiday eves as well as the holiday itself, so you'll have to find and pay for other solutions for those eves if your place of employment doesn't hold the same holiday schedule. They will also sometimes close early for events, leaving the same problem of having to find other childcare solutions. These closures will not be reimbursed, so it seems almost inevitable that at some point, you will be paying them to not watch your children. EDIT: I can't believe it took you four years to respond. To be clear, the major issue is that you charge a flat weekly rate regardless of whether or not you'll be closed for Thanksgiving EVE, and I was PAYING YOU TO WATCH MY SON. BECAUSE I WORK. It was just as difficult to get that concept through your thick skull 5 years ago. You know how many children you have enrolled, and it's YOUR responsibility to ensure that you have the staff to accommodate that. My son had a great experience at your facility. You have a great atmosphere. The entire issue is your inability to DO THE JOB PARENTS PAY YOU TO DO. If you're going to force parents to find alternative care options because YOU choose to close the your center for TWO DAYS FOR HALLOWEEN, then you SHOULD NOT BE CHARGING A FULL WEEK. I have since had MUCH better experiences with daycares that were just as friendly and hospitable, and actually respected my time and money.
Everyone at AHA is so kind, professional and great to work with. Our son had a blast every day he’s there! We can’t wait to send our next child here too
