We used All-Stars for a short period of time during covid lockdown. I was fine with the care my children were provided. But there is a refundable deposit that is supposed to be refundable. I reached out several times asking for this deposit back. Was told the check was in the mail twice and never received it. If all-stars needs the $50 more than me they can keep it. But I should not have to spend so much time to try and get my deposit back.
We had both of our little ones at All-Stars, we had every teacher and teachers aide and we have loved all of them. Our years there were full of great experiences. All of the staff were wonderful to our family, our children genuinely love them and vice versa. At 4 my son surprised us with having learned how to ride a 2 wheel bike there. He went from All-Stars to kindergarten knowing simple math, how to use a computer and how to write sentences. My daughter just finished her last year and beyond the traditional things she learned she really enjoyed cooking, going into nature and she came home talking about mindfulness (which I loved!) We will really miss the staff and are so grateful for our time here.
I love this place so much! I feel that it's the most beautiful facility around, being on a huge lot. My son loves his time at school, and comes home with the cutest projects..(and has a super-crush on Ms. Fiona!!) I really feel that the staff loves my child, and takes great care of my lil guy! I'm so glad I found ALL-STARS! ❤
