Definitely the best child care I have ever taken my children to

This place is great, however, if your child doesn't follow every rule (my intended meaning is absolute, the very first offense) or get on to their program immediately(your child's first day) your service will be terminated. Their reasoning is they don't have enough staff to deal with a child who disobeys, (this isn't my assumption this is my understanding from what was explained to me) her behavior caused a chain reaction making other children want to join in her fun creating complete chaos and I'm sure stress on the poor teacher who let it get out of hand, as well. (I empathize with her) It's not a secret that some young children take a few days to get used to a new routine and or a new place and people, children will be children. (I would also like to inform you my child did not break any of the rules listed in their handbook.) This facility didn't show me the kind of patience that any place that works with children does. Do keep in mind the time frame you start using this daycare, just encase, because you might find yourself in a bind. The lady who manages this place is kind, organized, polite, timely, and informative. The staff is exceptionally friendly and equally polite. The classrooms are very clean and well organized. Their routine and daily activities are fun and engaging. They do have an app you can use to be updated throughout your child's time in their care, giving peace of mind to parents and an opportunity to celebrate your child's achievements. The facility is safe and secure the door remains locked and you are given a code to get in and there is a buzzer for guests. I do like this place and would love to be able to use it. But unfortunately, my school-aged child is a child and doesn't adjust to new programs on the first day. I feel two stars is fair, in my experience at least. I am uncertain if I would or wouldn't recommend this place.

This daycare has been really good for my kids. I would recommend them to anyone.

I like this it seems to me that it is a lot better than some I have been on.
