All About Kids has been such a blessing to our family. We've been going here six years now and they've provided exceptional care to both my children, both from the newborn stage. They have my full trust. The kids are well educated through the structured curriculum and hands-on learning. The teachers are wonderful. Compassionate and patient but also firm and strict. Stacy, the Director, as well as the teachers, create such a safe place for the kids to learn, grow, and play. Stacy is great at communicating any changes or concerns. She's very easy to work with. Very clean facility. They provide breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. They help with and encourage age appropriate milestones such as moving away from the bottle and potty training. They are truly invested in the overall well-being of the kids. The name speaks for itself.

My child has gone to this facility for 2 1/2 years. I have never had a problem until just recently. The director does not follow her own policy when it comes to contacting parent/emergency contact on file. My child was sick and I was reached out to, but could not answer. Instead of calling her father (who is listed on her file) they decided to call my work and give all of the details about my sick child to a call center agent. The call center knew how my child was sick and how she soiled both changes of clothes and that she needed to be picked up and brought new clothes. The worst part is they made my child sit in the classroom NAKED with her blanket wrapped around her. Instead of putting a pull- up on her or using spare clothes at the facility. (I would have paid extra for it) Absolutely humiliating. After speaking to the director about how I felt about the privacy issue she stated “I’m sure your child’s teacher thought it was easier to just reach out to your work” Clearly making excusing for her staff. The director blamed me for having my work contact on file because “it doesn’t say they can’t call my work” I explained that the issue wasn’t that they called my work, it was the detailed information they left with someone who is not a parent/ contact for my child. Not once was there acknowledgement that they were wrong or even an apology. Extremely disappointed with the way they handled this situation. I withdrew my child the same week.

My girlfriend and I "secured" a spot for our daughter, who wasn't born yet, and provided a deposit to the daycare. My girlfriend provided the required documents to the owner's son a couple of weeks after our facility walk-through. We didn't have our daughter's SSN at the time, but he said it was fine. The daycare then pulled our reserve spot, and it was provided to another family. Their reason was we never provided them with the required documents, the daycare kept our deposit without refund, and the owner had a nasty attitude over the phone about it. Rude and unprofessional. After the owner raised her voice rudely over my concern, she stated she could only refund a portion of the deposit. It baffles me how desperate a daycare would do to take someone else's money. This was in March, and no apology or refund from the owner after she said she'll give me a callback. I wouldn't recommend this daycare, save yourself the headache. Update: received our refund by mail. Updating from 1 to 3 stars due to the horrible experience with the daycare.

This daycare “seemed” ok but the hours aren’t long enough for the price you pay and the parents not being allowed to come on the inside and pick up their kids or see how their kids are doing on the first day is a problem and not being able to meet the teachers is a bigger problem. It’s baffling that they used COVID as the reason parents couldn’t come in, but in 2024 the parents still have to stand outside is insane. There’s protocols for that; clean your hands, wear a mask and slip covers on your shoes (if need be). They can keep the whole mess about the close contact and spreading covid cause no one in there wears a mask and probably didn’t get vaccinated around those babies… I believe they just don’t want people seeing how they operate since there’s only a few workers there. Most days there’s only 2-3 cars in the parking lot on a daily basis…The son was apparently taking over but he clearly needs additional training.

All about kids is a fantastic daycare. My son has learned so much there and people consistently comment on how smart he is, and I owe it all to them! They truly care for the kids and communicate with the parents well. We will truly miss the team and the curriculum at all about kids.
