All Aboard Day Care INC At Midtown

My son attended All Aboard from 2021-2023. In March 2023 I observed Mrs.Mindy smack my child and berate him. She did not know that I was approaching the group from behind her. The staff, CPS and the police were immediately notified. Mrs.Mindy was told that day to leave the premises. Soon after, I received messages from multiple other parents that told me that Mrs.Mindy had been caught by them yelling at their children, dragging them around by their arms and being cruel, with their children telling them that Mrs.Mindy would push them against walls and jerk them around. The school staff had been made aware of her behavior MULTIPLE times. One parent who caught Mrs.Mindy being physical their child, wrote a letter to the school demanding she be terminated. The school said no with the excuse being that they were understaffed. I was told that Mrs.Mindy would NOT be back. Today, July 5th 2023, I have been told by several parents that Mrs.Mindy is back at school today. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. This staff and ownership is a joke. I have retained an attorney and have been holding off on filing a lawsuit for negligence. But with the news this morning that they brought back a child abuser, I will be following thru with that lawsuit now. If you have a child here, remove them. If you are thinking about putting a child here, DONT. Aside from the above, this daycare is poorly run all around. It is very dirty. They do not deep clean, ever. My child was sick almost non stop for 2 years. He has been in another school for 2 months and hasn't been sick once. Other parents say the same about their kids. Just find somewhere better for your children. All Aboard Staff/Ownership. Do better. Or find another career.

I don't even know where to start. -My child's backpack gets thrown in the trash for "discipline" -Seen my infant get strongly armed pulled when they thought I wasn't looking. -found a dead mouse in the playground I can literally go on all day Approached all these concerns with management and they don't care. One is too busy filing her nails with another employee at the front desk. I try to speak to the other teachers and they barely speak English or understand me. I contacted a few places and I hope the evaluate & Force this day care to follow the most simple procedures. Never will return.

All Aboard has unprofessional and rude staff members, I'm sure it's because everyone hates their life because they don't get paid crap. YOU will pay though. It's expensive for the quality of care.The lady over finance is completely incapable of doing her job. I made payments every week and they somehow "lost" one of my payments from October. They called my workplace asking for this payment, even after I knew I had paid it. The lady even told me she looked through the receipt book and it wasn't there, that was until I showed up over there and asked to see it myself, then all of a sudden she doesn't have the book. Turns out they found it at the owners house. They wouldn't give me the full amount back because of the registration fee, only $68. I explained I don't want me child to attend there and they still wouldn't refund it. It is very poorly ran.

The staff at this location is friendly and great with kids. They are understanding and anytime something happens they let you know right away. They pay attention to each child and work with the children even on potty training. I wouldn't choose anywhere else for my kids.

They allow people to work there that has arrests including battery on a child . I personally don't want my kids to be around someone that has been arrested for hitting a child or someone that has many arrests including a dui. I pulled my kids out of that school. How can any parent feel safe with their child around that .
