My son has been attending this daycare since he was 1. He is now 4 years old and we have never had a problem here. I agree that there is a high level of turn over, but my son has been lucky to have the same teachers. Ms. Linda and Ms. Marite are the best!! I chose this daycare because it was small, clean and the teachers were very nice. They have recently hired a new front desk person, Ms. Kathy, who is working very hard to turn things around. I believe with her experience and direction, this will be a great place again!
Our family has attended this Preschool for the past 6 years and we LOVE IT! We have referred other family members and friends and they too share our opinion, this is one of the best preschools in Cape Coral. * All teachers are properly Certified * High level security in place (access and cameras) * Fire drills performed * ALWAYS kept VERY clean. * Competitive Rates So for anyone looking for a great daycare/preschool I HIGHLY recommend Smallville Preschool. Check them out and "SEE" for yourself. Ps.Our children love this place so much that they still attend on their school breaks for the summer and holiday breaks.
Do not send your child here. Some of the staff is just rude. The director lied about the cameras. They refuse to give me any paperwork about the policies. They won't let me talk to the owner. My daughter is soo scared to go in there, the staff won't tell me what happened and she doesn't talk that well, so she can't tell me. The director told me they delete the cameras every morning. My kids went here for 3 weeks and will not be returning.
High turnover of staff. Very dirty. The director sits at the front alerting the classrooms when the parents are arriving. Kids are always getting sick. Roaches can be seen crawling around in classrooms. This daycare is almost as bad as All Aboard.
Absolutely Zero Stars. Lets start with My daughter being bit a couple times with broken skin and no reports. They also CUT MY DAUGHTERS HAIR WITHOUT PERMISSION and it took the owner Freddy 2 Weeks to contact me with a reason of "she had snot in her hair and her teacher was having a 'off week'. " They then messed my billing up and it took them 9 weeks to realize they were charging me the wrong amount to then not be able to have it broken down on paper when and the amounts THEY MESSED UP on the billing. I then give my 2 weeks notice and of course they charged me for them asap and then I arrive Tuesday morning at 630a.m. to be told she's not allowed in. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. Mind you I have also seen roaches on the walls of the halls there. I made a report with DCF. Hopefully it gets in the right hands.
