My daughter has been going here since she was 12 weeks she is now 3 and a half . She has learned so much with all the teaching they have given since leaving the infant room. We have had an issue with her coming home in the wrong diapers. I wouldn’t have cared but she was allergic. They have been very helpful with potty training. Every holiday they do art projects for the parents. I do miss since Covid not being able to go in the building and pick her up from class. I also miss a few of her teachers that have left for other opportunities. She has dropped to part time since she can stay with me since I work from home and they are very flexible if I switch days.
I do not recommend this daycare to anyone. I recently relocated to Lincoln and found this daycare with no reviews online, and assumed I would give it a try. The paperwork was a quick five minute sheet to fill out. I had to ask for a tour of the facility and was not told my child’s schedule. I asked what time Naptime was and I was told from 1-3. However when I picked my kid up early at 11:30 one day and she was crying the provider told me that she was just waking up from a nap. So nap time is 3PLUS hours long? When I did get a tour of the facility I did not see any cribs for the children to nap in, it is nearly impossible to get my child to take a nap unless she is in a crib. The first week of my two-year-old daughter attending this daycare was decent. The following week I came to bring her back and she was bloodcurdling screaming pulling on my clothes not wanting to be handed over. Although 99% of the other daycares in Lincoln let you drop off your child at their room, this daycare does not allow you to even enter the building. When I would pick my kid up from daycare she’d be hyperventilating and sweating. Her lips were cracked when I would pick her up as if she hadn’t had anything to drink all day. This is not normal behavior for my child who has been in Daycare since she was born. Because my child is nonverbal, she speaks in sign. When I would ask her if she wanted to go to daycare she said no, and would hit her self on the head. I sent over 100 diapers the first day I dropped her off and they would send her home in diapers that I would never put on my child- which caused serious irritation. It took days for them to fill out an incident report in regards to MULTIPLE scratches on my child’s face. It also took me six different tries to Pay for my daycare because the Director was either not there or busy. None of the staff knows how to take payments. After two weeks of allowing my child to be in this DAYCARE I decided to withdraw her, there was no.After two weeks of allowing my child to be in this DAYCARE I decided to withdraw her, there was no paper work Filled out.
