This was the childcare facility we chose to place our infant in. The tour we had in December ended up being quite different from the time we started in June. We came the Friday before starting on Monday and still they were not ready to accept our son the morning of drop off. Nothing set up for him or a spot to put his items. The fridge where they kept the bottles was filthy. The individual who greeted us that morning was callus for someone dealing with a family dropping off their newborn for the first time. We did not feel welcome or that our child would be well taken care of. They informed us THAT day that the infant teaches don’t get in until later so our son would be passed between people until then. It was beyond unprofessional. They allow parents with outside shoes to walk where the infants are crawling. The teachers in the infant room were very kind and caring but updates throughout the day were vague and photos were terrible. It appeared as though our child was just laid on a tummy time mat and left there a large portion of the day as teachers were busy with the older kids. Also, received updates about our child taking a nap well when he wasn’t even there. This facility seems great for older children > 1 year old but not infants. We pulled our son after a week. Manager Katy was nice and responsive.

There are limited details online regarding their programs, but I was informed during a site tour that they have a strict 9am drop off time. If you can’t get your kid there before 9am, it “might not be a good fit.” Just thought people should know so they don’t waste their time touring. Seemed decent, but the building was definitely showing signs of wear (broken and jagged tiles leading out the door in the preschool class). The preschool class size is 26 with 4 teachers. Definitely felt like a lot of kids in one space.

Giving my newborn to strangers was the hardest thing I’ve had to do. But the staff made me so comfortable and love my daughter so much. It has been a great experience and feel like I have family watching her everyday. You can tell they all really care and love what they do. It’s been a blessing to find them and can’t imagine her going anywhere else.

This daycare is great. My son and daughter both love it here. The staff are super sweet and seem to really care about my babies. This is the first daycare I've sent my kids to and they were very kind when I called to check on them.
