Academyone Childcare & Preschool

I recently moved into the area and was nervous about finding a safe and enriching child care provider for my daughter. I heard about Academy One and decided I would go check it out. After completing my tour, I immediately felt that this was the place for my daughter. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Every classroom that we visited was filled with great interaction between students and teachers. I enrolled my daughter in the 2 year old program a year ago. I have watched my daughter go from shy and speaking few words to an outgoing and talkative young lady! I can only attribute that to the teachers, lessons and activities that are taking place daily in the classroom.. In addition to academic activities that my daughter is partaking in, she is also being encouraged to use great manners, be kind and respect others. Playing nicely, using good table manners and resolving conflicts appropriately are just some examples of things my daughter is learning how to do successfully at this school. My daughter loves her teachers and friends at AcademyOne! Getting her to go to school is easy because she wants to be there. What a great indicator of how well AcademyOne is doing!!!! I recommend this school to anyone who wants a caring, safe and enriching environment for their child. I am planning on keeping my daughter there as long as I can!!!!

We love Academy One! My children have attended their preschool, pre-K, kindergarten, and summer camp programs for a total of 8 years. The teachers are caring and truly love working with children, and the administrators are very professional and responsive to questions. I think it speaks to the positive atmosphere of Academy One that many of the staff have been with the company for years. We're so glad we chose Academy One!

We love this daycare (school!). Ms. Jessi is an absolutely amazing teacher. She's so kind and patient with her gang of 3 and 4 years old. My daughter absolutely loves her. My 3 year old has learned SO MUCH and is so happy to show us. The communication has been awesome and we all work together to help my kiddo learn and grow. We couldn't be happier with the progress our daughter has made here and how genuinely happy she is to be at school. The curriculum is always fun and fresh. We feel thankful to have found this school (and I am exceptionally picky!!!)

Our children have attended Academy One New Albany for almost 2 years now and we have had an absolutely tremendous experience. The staff are incredibly talented, compassionate and welcoming. They have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care and education, and we certainly could not have made it through the challenges of the past year without them!

The staff at Academy One has made us feel like family from day one. We have been taking our son there for almost two years now. We couldn't be happier with the care that he receives in a loving, stimulating and nurturing environment everyday. He has learned so much and has so much fun when he is at school. We are amazed on a daily basis at what he is doing and learning. We are forever grateful for the care that they give him. Academy One is the kind of place where you just get a good feeling by walking in the door. All of the staff at Academy One is wonderful and you can tell that they all really care about and love the children and their job. I can't express my gratitude enough. I can be at work all day knowing that he is in great hands and is having so much fun !! That feeling is priceless!
