Above & Beyond Child Care

I hate the fact people will publicly defend places like this because either they were pay to or somebody munching on them. You can tell if your kid is happy here and he was NOT! Everytime I came to drop my son off, He would literary sit up in his car seat and start crying hysterically. At first I thought "this is first time coming to daycare" but boy was I wrong, this continue for a few more days until the individual (who smokes more than he watches the kids) called us and said that our child was not allowed to come back until further notice. When we got there our child was in a room by himself with the lights turned off! I asked the male individual why was my son in a room by himself with the lights turnt off and his response was "He wouldn't stop crying" How are we supposed to trust people in the childcare field when they do stuff like this?

I love the staff and I really love Ms.Ore the owner of the center she and her staff go’s above and beyond for the kids and parents I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else but here When my car was down Ms.Ore came herself to pick up and drop off my kids for me for as long as my car was down . I love them @ above and beyond childcare.

Do not trust this place with your kid(s). They left my Godson in a room to himself because he was crying then suspended him because they couldn't calm him down. What kid doesn't cry!?! Is this how they treat all the kids they watch over!?!

This isn’t a very responsible daycare and they lack communication between staff and parents. My child was left 3 different time at school over 2hrs and they failed to communicate to school and myself with reasonable explanation as to why they didn’t call the parent or school to let anyone know they was running late or they wasn’t going to show up. This is signs of neglect and isn’t acceptable and really poor management skills.

I would not advise anyone to send their child to this day care because they took my money and told me come pick up my child because he is crying to much and when I ask can I just sit in the class and observe so my child can feel a little more comfortable I was told no so I ask can I speak to your boss I was told the boss went on vacation and won’t be back until next week and they told me my child could not come back until his boss get back from vacation what really made me mad was when I came and pick up my child they had him in a classroom by his self crying sitting down this is my most unprofessional daycare I have ever seen and they need to do better.
