Abc Preschool - Coors

We love love love this place! Our daughter (who is extremely intelligent) used to go here years ago so when we were looking for a place for our son to go there was no question where we wanted to take him! They have an amazing education curriculum that we believe gave our daughter the perfect jump start to school! It's amazing to have a place that your kiddos love & are excited to go & not screaming Everytime you drop them off. They do have all new staff & a new director from when our daughter went but we can not express how amazing all the new staff & director is! My husband is a firefighter so finding a place that's accommodating to our schedules has always been tough but Ms. Rachel (the new director) has been so helpful with our situation! Everyone we have met here has been extremely happy, nice, & so helpful! We would never go anywhere else! I'm not sure about any of the other reviews but I can say from our personal experience that this place, including the director & the rest of the staff, are amazing & if you take you children here you won't regret it!

GREAT STAFF AND NEW DIRECTOR!!!!!!!! My toddler has been going to this daycare since he was an infant now and I must admit, there has been quite a bit of turnover rates at time with employees. My spouse had the opportunity at first with dealing with Ms. Dana, as I was away for work, and she would highly praise her on the amazing job she did overseeing this daycare and well she was with all the kids who attended. After she left there was a new director that just didn’t really knew how to get a well routine down and didn’t really know how to do her job duties very well, and just seemed to just be there to fill a role. I do agree with the last reviewer on that the last director didn’t know her position to well, she did seem to have her best interest instead of the kids at daycare at stake more. On a brighter note, there now has been a replacement in the Director position at this location and I will say that this director has turned the daycare around for the better by far. She interacts well with the children and that’s a good thing. There has been more opportunities and fun things going on in this short amount of time in what this director allows to happen and makes happen, for example; mini field trips, little holiday parties. The new director has also shown her support in her employees in displaying their recognition on the walls for Employee of the Month, portraits of all the classes in the front, and more importantly, has their employees show in each class their monthly plan/goals for their classes to accomplish. As far as the staff goes, I can say that my child has been so fortunate to still have his teachers still employed here and is very close with them. These staff members are without a doubt the reason as to why my child still goes here with the closeness and bond that they share with one another since those are the familiar faces that my child knows so well and for so long. Without the staff and director now, I wouldn’t want to have my child enrolled here. This place as far as the staff and new director go are worth the 5 Stars for review. I can honestly say as for ownership, I would give 1- 2 Stars maybe. The owner needs to put more money into the facility and not have such a high turnover rate with employees in which she terminates so easily and has hired inexperienced people in the past just to fill a position to meet the ratio to kids it seems just to stay open. I’ve had my fair share of issues with the owner and her incompetency in the past, but this review is more based on praising the employees and new director at this location now and how well it is being ran instead of in the past. I will continue to keep my child enrolled here ONLY if the new director and my child’s teachers continue to be around. I would highly recommend this place to new comers and anyone looking in this area for a daycare period. Great staff and great director! Stop in and just speak with the staff and director and you’ll see for yourselves on how great they are. I can honestly say that, every morning during the week, I KNOW 110% that my child is more than in great hands during the day and will be taken care of as if my child was one of their own. Great job ladies and keep up the amazing work!!!

Unfortunately we had to remove our child from this facility due to unfavorable treatment. During enrollment We verbally informed the previous director that our child may miss a week or so due to a serious condition, she was understanding and assured us she would work with us. We paid on time and had no problems. When a new director took over things drastically changed, I'm not sure if the rules were different due to new management but the way the new rules were executed were unprofessional. The new (current director on Coors and paseo 2019) seems to have a difficult time dealing with uncommon circumstances. I do however understand if rules have changed, but I don't understand how some people cant handle themselves professionally, she rather hang up on you than problem solve. This facility is in a favorable location and would be ideal if they had proper management. The new daycare our child attends is 200$ a week, we pay a little more but the customer service is phenomenal. We are happy to pay more for great care and good service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! My daughter has been enrolled at ABC Preschool since she was 7 weeks old, she is now 2 1/2 years old. When Ms. Dana was the director I would’ve easily given this place 5 stars and referred all my closest friends and relatives here hands down. The staff was like family to me and it made feel safe leaving my baby girl here.. unfortunately all that changed when the new director and staff took over. It broke my heart that after 2 1/2 years I had to take my baby out of this preschool because I felt like she was unsafe and in danger.. The new director Natasha and assistant director Jacqueline came into this daycare with a power trip, like hell on wheels, not taking into consideration how the parents felt nor caring about the best interest of the children or their safety!! There has been countless incidents where children have been forgotten about and left outside unattended without staff or any kind of supervision! The staff clearly do not have the skill set or patience to be working with children either, kids are constantly crying here now, every single morning I would get in to drop my daughter off all the kids would scream and cry to their parents to not be dropped off MY DAUGHTER INCLUDED and all the new teachers are just sitting on their behinds listening to the poor cries of these children not doing sh** or becoming angry with the children!! My heart sank when I found out my 2yr olds teacher was fired right in front of her by the new directors and they left the teacher in tears crying and having to say goodbye to her entire class. My two year olds heart was broken!! Finally enough was enough!! This director is heartless and completely unprofessional and doesn’t have your child’s best interest at heart. She was hired by the owners to “turn this place around” when clearly since her arrival it’s been going down hill. Please DO NOT take your children here, you will regret it. When I brought all of my concerns to the new director her exact words were “this place was upside down and I was hired to clean it up. I’m not even from out here Im just here for grad school” clearly only caring about what’s in her best interest not the children’s. She should not be in charge of staff and should never be aloud to run a daycare/preschool!! Numerous reports have been filed with CYFD. The owners definitely made the worst decision by letting this woman take charge!!!! If having your child enrolled in this preschool for 2 1/2 years means NOTHING to them, clearly nothing will mean anything to them! DO NOT DO IT! If I could I would give this place negative stars, but unfortunately google makes you give at least 1 star to write a review, they don’t even deserve that now.

My 3 year old and infant have been at ABC coors since May of this year, this is the first childcare experience we've had and it has been absolutely the best! My three-year-old had a really hard time adjusting being that I always had them home. She would cry horribly the first couple weeks at drop off. Now she crys when we pick her up because she wants to stay! When we enrolled she was not potty trained we were having a really hard time doing so. The twos teacher Miss Jessica is awesome at potty training, helped us get potty trained and moved up to the threes class! The Director Ms. Dana is absolutely amazing she always makes us feel like family ! Heck I feel like she's our family!! She really takes pride in her center.
