My children were always well taken care of, and I loved walking into a clean daycare every time. The director Reyna and staff are doing a great job.
At this daycare, the staff does not know how to communicate with the parents at all, in any way, shape or form, they don't even speak english or attempt to speak in english. When a problem is brought to them, they will deflect. They will straight, ignore you and then deny your child preschool for not potty training when they haven't potty trained him after him being there for 2 years regardless of that being in his IEP! Every day I picked him up he was in a different class ,there was no consistency. They would also leave my child out! I sent numerous white shirts for an activity and I never received one back as I am sure they were used for other children. For halloween they gave my child a broken bucket and for christmas we never received our pictures from the grinch regardless of asking everyday and sending numerous emails. We barely got them in april after harrassing them and them wanting to charge us a hundred dollars for them! RIDICULOUS they make their own rules here
All of the ladies who work at the daycare so sweet and caring. My 9 month old daughter and almost 2 year old son have had a great experience going here. I always know my kids are in good hands and love this daycare.
I love the amazing care the staff has with the children, they are all very attentive with all children, they are great with communicating with us as parents. The director Reyna also amazing with updating parents on anything new about the kids. The staff and the director are just super sweet and kind and are understanding of any instructions you give them and take a lot of precautions.
They’re very unprofessional. They said they didn’t have staff to take care of our child so they wanted us to pick our kid up from 10 to 3. Pretty much kicking us out of preschool disregarding the daycare. We felt really hurt and uncomfortable all to say that we have a 2 year old who they had zero concerns about so they expected us to go back and forth for each child because they didn’t like one kid. Also they all are Mexican who seem kinda only accepting Mexican or Spanish speaking children. Just many many concerns
