If I could give zero stars, I would. This daycare recently changed its name from ABC to A2Z Learning Center, but unfortunately, the quality of care remains just as poor. My child has been enrolled here since last year and has been injured on multiple occasions — more than five times. Each time, I received inconsistent and questionable explanations, such as “he scratched his own face” (something he’s never done at home) or “another child attacked him while playing.” These excuses only highlight the lack of proper supervision and care. Despite my concerns, I gave them multiple chances, assuming these incidents were isolated mistakes. But over time, I’ve realized that this daycare is severely lacking in both structure and safety. It’s clear that their rules and policies are poorly enforced, and I honestly question whether any regulatory body is truly monitoring them. Here’s what I personally observed during my child’s time there: Unsafe age grouping – Infants, toddlers, and pre-K children are mixed together, which often leads to fights or older kids unintentionally hurting younger ones. Lack of structured activities – There’s no consistent programming like story time or engaging learning sessions. Kids are mostly left to wander or play without direction. Staff shortages – There are only two caregivers for a large group of children, which is simply not enough to ensure proper attention and safety. Leaving your child here is like putting them in a danger zone. There is no sense of protection or accountability. In my opinion, this is one of the worst daycare centers I’ve come across — and it's shocking that such a place is allowed to operate in the U.S.

If you need a daycare it’s good. But for toddlers not so much. My son was there for a year and didn’t learn anything. He’s at a private school now and teachers now ask me where was he at before, because he didn’t learn anything at ABC. It’s more like a daycare for babies not for toddlers. I’m a real person who is telling the truth they know who I am. The one who’s son got roughed up by one of your teachers & I complained about it now do you remember me. Thank you 🙏🏼

Ive been using ABC Learning Center for over 4 years now. All of my children have attended both locations and I am thoroughly pleased with the level of care and education they've received. My son is excelling in school thanks to the preparation he's gotten since the age of 3 learning to read a write well above his grade level. The staff is caring and compassionate but strict when needed. Ive been notified of every incident involving my children over the years and they always feel safe and welcome. They are more like family to us. Very rarely do you see a daycare offer testing and field trips for the kids at an affordable price. Its a relief to know that the money I spend is going towards academic success as opposed to paying for children to watch tv or nap all day. My children come home excited to tell me about their day and they couldn't be any happier with this daycare.

We have been incredibly happy with the staff and the overall curriculum. My kids are happy to go to "daycare" each day. They receive so much love and affection from their staff and are learning fantastic! They are very organized in all logistics (forms, binders, drawers, cubits, etc.), and are very professional in the caring process, and making customized arrangements for kids based on their ages and development stages. The daycare has very cute and lovely decorations! The space is well organized (infant area, little kids area, dining chairs, nursing room, infant/toddler nap room), and all facilities are new and updated! And their large and lovely backyard has provided enough sunshine and outdoor activities.

My Child has been attending ABC Learning Center for the past three years. I am so pleased with the curriculum that they are teaching her and the friend she was making there. I know my child is in good hands because she is always coming home happy and gets excited about telling me about her day.
