READ THIS REVIEW Now that my nephew is gone from this horrible place I can say what happens here . So the director was nice at first at least to get us here Mercedes was extremely COMBATIVE. They stated that they help with potty training. False there were so many days that we would take him to daycare and by the time we are picking up he has a full diaper stating that they were just about to get to him . Unbeknownst to us they stated the only way they would help is if he comes in training underwear and then when we started sending him and training underwear he would be running around the daycare with a diaper on by the time we pick him up. Even though we did send extra clothing it would never end up on his body. They send clothes still full of feces home stating that they did not have to empty out anything from his clothes so not knowingly to us. The clothes would be ruined because once we get home maybe it was stuffed in a bag and no one said anything and the next day the clothes are ruined, there have been many times where he's has just barefoot and we are wondering where his shoes are. It's just not a very organized place. Another incident that happened was they had no idea where my nephew was. I came into the school as where he was and they said well he should be in his class with the door wide open. My nephew was nowhere to be found. They kept blaming the fact that he knows how to "escape"he is a curious child just like other children his age and if you leave a for open what else would they do?, but they refuse to close the doors to the classroom stating that the other students know how to sit. My nephew does have a bit of special needs and it is very heart-wrenching to know that a place would not look after him in the way that we thought that he would. Once he was found he was standing on a tricycle with no supervision. If your child does need any type of special attention, I would highly recommend that you find another place to assist. And also they state that they have cameras. Just the FYI for all you parents who would like to see their children do a video camera. I asked over over a year to see different footage of my nephew and not once did we get to see it. So don't think just because they're recording that you will ever see a video of an incident. Again, this is just my experience. Maybe you will experience something different, but I'm pretty sure a lot of these reviews are fake. The kids noses are terrible. They run around dirty. This is just a very unsanitary daycare for. The price is insane.

Our experience happened a year ago but it’s something that still upsets me to remember. We took our almost 3 year old here, we toured the center and it seemed great so we signed up. Bought the uniform paid first months tuition and started on a Monday morning, my daughter never once, for the 3 weeks we had her going there, went to the same room twice at drop off, it was always a different teacher who took her, and it was completely chaotic every single time. She did not adjust, at all, she cried and begged us to not leave her every single day. One day my daughter got scratched on her face pretty bad, i messaged The director and was told they weren’t sure what happened… don’t they have cameras? Regardless the next day she called to tell me they BELIEVE they know who scratched my daughter but were not certain. It’s insane to pay 800 a month for such disorganization and lack of care. No teacher ever really tried to comfort my daughter in the mornings, from what i saw, they all always seemed completely overwhelmed. We decided to pull our daughter but since we didn’t give 30 days notice the director wouldn’t stop the ACH payment that was upcoming for another $800. So for 3 weeks we paid a total of $1300…It was an awful experience i can’t believe the reviews are so good in majority.

Let me just say I am pissed. This has been an ongoing problem of my daughter’s diper not getting changed resulting in a bright red hurting bottom area. the principal lied to my face today saying she was changed this morning and was not. 7-12:00 5 hrs of sitting in poop. Then 12:00 to 4:00. Do these people even care about our kids? Why do we pay all this money.

If I could leave zero stars I would ! My son started daycare on Monday and I took him out Wednesday afternoon . 3 days here and I DONT RECOMMEND SENDING YOUR CHILD HERE. my baby was left in a shitty diaper from 10:53am -3:00pm when I picked him up he was left in a dirty diaper for that time to that time ! I asked the teacher if she could change him she had no idea were his diapers or wipes were at!!! SO UNORGANIZED CLEARLY. Also my son is on a certain milk THEY DIDNT EVEN USE THE MILK I BROUGHT FOR HIM . Wouldn’t recommend sending your child here at all I was left in tears because of this situation no child should be left like this . DO YOUR JOB YOUR HIRED TO DO!!!! If you don’t like it LEAVE THAT SIMPLE !!

This people absolutely refuse to do their jobs with over crowed class rooms , understaffed. Not to mention the director and her sister are rude horrible experience here . I would never recommend
