What Parents Say
ABC Grow & Learn receives mixed reviews. Several parents praise the caring teachers, developmental activities, and app-based daily updates, but others report issues with office staff professionalism, inconsistent child management, and problematic contract/hiring practices.
My son went here for a little over a year I believe. Everything’s was great at first. When they changed the room dynamic for the older age groups, the environment became hard for my son. I will say that they did cooperate with the lisd. But I felt that certain staff members in the office and in the classroom tried singling out my child constantly. I also caught one of the office members lying about an incident that they claimed had happened with my child. Originally I thought my son’s poor behavior was stemming from a family member but that ended up not being the case. I don’t recommend this place, they blamed my son for hitting other kids but then did nothing when I watched children push him over and other things of that matter when I would pick him up. The staff picks favorites and it makes it a poor environment for others.
absolutely love this daycare and my children do too. They went above and beyond for my son who struggles with ODD and anger issues until it was no longer safe for him to attend (no fault of ABC’s) . Highly recommend bringing your kids here!
My daughter goes here and we love it! I love that you can get on their app and see what your child is doing all day while I am at work. The 'teachers' there are also amazing! I'm not quite sure why some people are saying the office staff is unprofessional and rude because Alex has done nothing but work with me and has always been very professional and respectful! We are both going to be very sad when my daughter is old enough for school and we have to part our ways!
If I could give zero stars I would. My child went here for about 15 months. We were contracted in for a part time rotating schedule which I was told would not be a problem. Then I was told my new child would get the same rates/schedule without a problem. Less than a month later I am informed that I have to either start paying full time (even though he is there 10-15 hours a week) or find new child care. They gave me 1 week notice. Loved most of the care givers but hated the office staff.
Had an interveiw today and it went amazing. I got to do volunteer work with a couple of classes and the kids there are so adorable and Maria was the one that interveiwed me and she is a great person amd easy to talk to and explain things to. The lead teachers and assistant teachers were very helpful explained how they do stuff down to every little detail. Overall great place period.
