What Parents Say
A1-Supreme Academy has highly polarized reviews. Most parents praise the caring staff, clean facilities, and educational programs, but several former employees and prospective parents report serious concerns including poor child care practices, wage withholding, allergy mismanagement, and unprofessional management.
I just want to start by saying this is one of the best child care facilities I’ve allowed my daughter to attend. The staff is completely realistic and down to earth. As a first time mom, I feel as if my child is safe and I feel comfortable to drop her off to great minded and caring individuals 5 days a week. The summer camp and before and after care programs definitely can't be topped!!
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY PARENT SEND THEIR CHILDREN HERE. The owner B does not care for the children only money and lets add that she has a very horrible attitude. I worked for her and my daughter attended the day care as well and her first day when i picked her up she was soaked and had a full bottle that had not been fed to her. The instructor was making other babies bottles out of her milk. As well as if you looking for a hob DO NOT DO IT!!!! B does not want to pay and she feels because she is the owner she does not have to. Its been a month and i still have yet to receive my money and she stated its her decision if she pays me or not. This is a family owned business and they are very messy. AVOID THESE PEOPLE FOR A PEACE OF MIND. && if your child has a allergy they will still feed it to them and state its okay she/he will just be a little itchy. They need to be shut down honestly I’ve worked for several daycares and this one is by far the worst
I went here today Mon, Nov 18th and did a walk thru. The facility was okay in my eyes to have been open for over 20years HOWEVER the director was very rude with me and my child. When it came time to get an application I was told if I didn’t decide right then and there that my son would be attending I wouldn’t or couldn’t get the forms. The director then proceeded to tell me that there were other daycares my son could go to and to go check them out. I felt as if she didn’t want my child there. Her vibe and demeanor was completely okay off and rude.
I have been to this daycare center any number of times. I find the staff to be helpful and courteous. The facility (classrooms and restrooms) is always clean. Children are polite which shows that the center staff works with parents to promote good behavior.
Caught one of their workers shoving a bottle in my baby boy's mouth, while yelling at him, telling him to "shut up with all that crying" and clapping in his face. She continued to tell him to "shut up" and jump at him like she wanted to hit him and she probably would have if she hadn't looked up and noticed me watching her. The director was absent at the time and completely lacked compassion when I finally got hold of her to tell her. The director (Ms. B) was in total disbelief that her worker (Ms. Yvonne) "would do such a thing because she's been there for over 12 years and had never had a complaint". Well, it just so happens that she got caught in the act that day and I'm sure it wasn't her first time. My 1 year old had only been there for 20 minutes! I'm extremely hurt and disturbed. Parents beware.
