This daycare is one of the best for kids in the Council Bluffs area. Always call for availability as spaces randomly come open and fill again. Hence the perpetual now enrolling sign. It's worth it. I have two special needs children that attend here for the last couple of years. Our family has no intention of ever changing daycares. They look out for the kids like they were their own. I'd give 10 stars if i could.
Love the staff my kids had went here for 3 years up until last year because (Jean) flicked my daughter in the face 3 times for over using toilet paper my daughter is still scared to even go by there or see (Jean) I did make a report to the police and DHS and Cps but everything was unfounded because none of the other stuff seen but my oldest daughter did and yes my 4 year old did have a mark and still to this day can tell you word for word what happened. A they wonder why they can’t keep staff it’s because of (Jean)!!!!!!!
There's no way for 2 years straight have they not had any openings to take my daughter with a "Now enrolling" sign outside up all the time. They have told me 3 times in past 2 years they have no openings but im positive it is because my daughter has special needs.
