They were amazing in assisting us with the process of changing daycares. Communication is prompt. We are excited to see how the change goes for our daughter.
We have three kiddos here, basically one in each class. The teachers do a good job updating real time on the app so we know exactly what’s going on each day. If there are any accidents, they’ll send a picture and what happened. The staff are very good with being open and honest with my kids and myself and husband. My boys are excited to go to “school” and play with their friends each day! They do a great job letting my kids play together during the day - which gives me and them comfort.
Thank you to the toddler teachers for giving our guy extra attention during drop off. He loves coming to school and all his teachers so much, but does not love drop off. We also love all the stories about what he has been up to throughout the day at pickup time. We appreciate the love they show our boy.
My daughter absolutely loves her daycare! It’s never a fight to get her ready in the mornings because she is excited everyday to go and see her teachers and her little friends. She has been to a few different daycares so it is so reassuring to know the staff here is kind and cares for the kids because of how thrilled my daughter is. she always tells me that she had a fun day with all the learnings they provide to help get ready for school but still be the silly kid that she is! I highly recommend A Step Ahead to anyone looking for a daycare you can rely on and feel confident that your child is in the right hands.
My grandson, 10 year ikd boy, was apprehensive at best about attending a day camp. However, after the first day he had nothing but good things to say about the teachers and all of the activities that they do. They are great at communicating and I love the updates and pictures that I receive throughout the day.
