I can’t say enough good things about my son’s daycare! The staff are absolutely amazing! They are caring, patient, and always so welcoming. From the moment we started, I’ve felt completely comfortable leaving my son in their care. They treat every child like family and create such a loving, safe environment. One of the things I appreciate most is how great they are with communication. They always make sure I know what’s going on throughout the day whether it’s updates about meals, nap time, playtime, or new things my son is learning. It gives me so much peace of mind to know he’s in good hands and that they truly pay attention to each child’s needs. My son has grown and learned so much since starting here. Every day, he comes home happy and excited to tell me about his friends and what he did. You can tell the teachers really love what they do, and it shows in the way they interact with the kids. I’m so grateful to have found this daycare. It’s clear they put their heart into everything, and I would absolutely recommend them to any parent looking for a trustworthy, nurturing place for their child to learn and grow!

My family has had the pleasure of being part of A Mother's Touch CDC since March 2024, and I can confidently say it’s been a wonderful experience. We could not have been happier with the care and attention he received. The staff consistently provided a warm and nurturing environment, making the transition easy for both our children and our overall family. From the moment we enrolled, I noticed how committed the teachers and administration were to fostering not only a safe and caring atmosphere but also an environment where children could grow and thrive. The communication from the center was always clear and consistent, which gave me peace of mind as a mom who originally needed to get comfortable being away from her children each day. Although my oldest son has recently transitioned to the Wake County Threeschool Program, we continue to have our younger child, enrolled here. The consistency in care and the educational curriculum has always been outstanding and the staff has always been so attentive to the needs and personalities of the children. Now that my oldest son no longer attends he really misses being at this location. I would highly recommend A Mother's Touch CDC to any parent seeking a daycare where their child will feel loved, nurtured, and supported on their developmental journey. The center truly lives up to its name—providing not just a service, but a “mother’s touch” in every aspect of their care.

I am a single mother of 4. My 2 older children absolutely love this daycare! I also have a set of twins who have been at this daycare since they were infants. I have never had any problems. This daycare is one of the BEST around! They treat my kids like their own with love. The teachers are excellent because my kids are as smart as can be! They also offer Saturday care if any parents work on Saturday's.

As a former parent who's children used to attend BOTH locations. I enjoyed the assistant director Meka, she is very knowledgeable and makes sure your child is safe and learning. I am a single mother i am VERY NICE i am always making sure im in good connections with the people involved in my life and my children's life. When you join a daycare, you expect that daycare to treat you and your children as if they would treat their own, like family. You expect nothing short of safety, communication, professionalism, kindness, and help with educating your children. On the educational stand point, the TEACHERS in this daycare are hands down amazing when it comes to TEACHING your child. They have a good curriculum for ALL students and they applied it to my child. However because they have a good learning setup i decided to ignore all the red flags about this daycare. I will never put up with bullying, my business being told, feeling uncomfortable every time i walk in and out the daycare you KNOW they are talking about you. Now lets get down to the business owner Mrs. Ronetta. I am saddened to see one of her former employees tell my private business on her GOOGLE REVIEWS about things that i only told to Mrs. Ronetta per email about my situation. Mrs. Ronetta took it upon herself to go spread my personal business around her daycare to her Employees which was very uncomfortable and spiteful. Mrs.Ronetta is a grown, Jealous, UNPROFESSIONAL daycare owner. Mrs.Ronetta previously made disturbing comments about Caucasian people to me on multiple occaions. During my tour with Mrs. Ronetta, I told her my child previously attended " Bright horizons" ( we moved b/c of relocation) and Mrs. Ronetta stated to me that " She doesnt run her daycare like " the other people" and proceeded to tell me why she doesnt like how the "other people" try and tell her what to do and how to run her daycare. Mrs. Ronetta previously has made personal opinionated comments about how Caucasian people raise their kids and why she doesnt want to many Caucasians in her daycare. Mrs. Ronetta would always use the term " those other people" when speaking on Caucasian parents.

Omg I finally found the review button. Unprofessional kicked my child out for behavior problems. They did not try to work with us through them like a daycare should. But that's not the only reason for the one-star review. After they gave our son a two weeks notice letter. I asked Ms.Meka if we could make that week his last week and get a refund for the following. She said that the owner doesn't do refunds, but we could ask her later when we picked our son up. I talked to the owner later that day and asked for a refund. She reluctantly agreed sometime later and told me she would email me regarding the refund. I never heard from her even after I followed up. Luckily, I know what a charged back is.
