A Kid'S World INC. Child Care Center

I went here when i was in kindergarten/ first grade and so did my brother who was in preschool at the time, this was seriously THE worst place ever. A worker put her hands on my brother multiple times, my mom would find marks all over him when she came to pick us up. I was forced to drink milk that was obviously spoiled. The older kids sometimes tried to force themselves onto me, would forcefully kiss me, and follow me into the bathrooms and crawl underneath the stalls. when i told the main worker there she didn’t really care. They would constantly favorite people (i was one of them once) over the other children and would neglect the others. Not to mention the amount of bugs EVERYWHERE. they never swept, they simply put the bugs underneath the carpet to hide them. in other words, PLEASE NEVER bring your children here, i still have trauma from this place.

I would like to start off by saying that I read through all of the reviews on here and we have a MUCH DIFFERENT experience than some of the other people in these reviews.... Teddy has been the most understanding and easy to work with daycare owner that I have ever come in contact with. Anytime that ANYTHING happened, we would get accident reports with the full story. (Before COVID and all the new regulations) the room was always clean and the children seemed to be very content and well taken care of. Our little girl never came home with diaper rashes or any issues of any kind. They would always make sure that she was in a new pull up before we left the facility (super helpful when you are on the go after picking up. My older son’s daycare didn’t do that). As far as the complaints about payments that I saw, bottom line, she is a business owner that is offering a service that you use and need. She should get paid when and on time. A couple of times we had forgotten the check at home and she very professionally reminded us.... I was very pleased with A Kids World and don’t agree with the 2.3 star rating

Someone I know had their kid start just this past Monday (6/10/24) and they pulled their kid out today (6/12/24). My friend never met their kids teacher and also said they never asked any questions about their kid to get to know them better. Also stated they weren’t allowed to go into the building for drop off or pick up. Said staff would go take the child to class and grab the child from class for pick up! Can’t imagine why a child would have a hard time adjusting! I’d give 0 stars if I could. Attached is when I asked about this place on Facebook, YESTERDAY!!! Adding the screenshots so more parents can be made aware of this place before enrolling their kids!

A Kids World is an outstanding childcare facility. We have been so impressed with the centre, its facilities and staff. I have watched my grandson develop amazing social skills and confidence. The educators have created an interactive, colourful and engaging environment for the kids and the activities they do each day are extremely fun. The food is also highly nutritious and a good variety to encourage good eating habits We appreciate the regular updates we get each day. I watch my grandson run into the centre happily each day and I feel confident knowing, he is well looked after. If you are looking for a childcare facility I highly recommend A Kids World. The owner Teddy will go out of her way to make your child feel comfortable and loved.

This has been nothing but an understanding and cooperative daycare. They are friendly and upfront with how they do things which I appreciate. They check on my child every time I call with no problem. They are kind and loving to every child I see them with. I recommend this daycare for the simple fact they are assertive and they care about your child and their well being. Any negative comment about this place is baffling to me in comparison to my experience with them. I will continue to take my child here for years to come. Ms. Teddy is amazing and I appreciate her attitude towards the way she runs things.
