No one picks up the phone at all or calls you back. No one is ever in the office. They also failed to contact me about my son being bitten by some kid and when I called the other location, someone picked up and said they were going to update me but didn't. This kid left a teeth mark on my son, he was bleeding from his back, and all they did was take a picture and put it on an app instead of actually calling me like any normal daycare would. Then they wanted to lie and say he had a pinecone thrown at him but my kid said he was bitten. Looking at the other reviews, they have done this before. My Mom (who has been picking my son up) has told me that one time the door was left open in the toddler room and all the babies walked out of there. My son has told me they played this Five Night at Freddies show or movie and I know it’s scary for his age and he had nightmares that night and couldn't sleep. No one is paying attention nor cares about these kids. Look elsewhere for child care. Seems like they just pocketing money from the government.
All of the staff here is excellent! Dropping off my daughter can be difficult, but Ms. Lisette, who is one of the early morning teachers, never fails to calm her down. She always makes sure my kids are comfortable and happy to be at school. My daughters main teacher is Ms. Chloe and she comes home asking to go to school so she can see Ms. Chloe again. I am truly grateful for the hard work and patience both of these teachers display every day! It relieves a lot of stress on me while at work knowing my kids are in good Hands.
I started my daughter here this year for VPK and she loves it and I absolutely love it all of the teachers are so friendly and nice! I love how they send you pictures and updates throughout the day! It is also so clean which is always a plus I know my daughter is in very great hands.
This is a very nurturing and safe environment. My daughter attends the VPK program and wrap around childcare program here and she loves it. I was reluctant to send her back to a daycare after the pandemic but the staff is very professional and safe and they allow children to understand and be aware of safety concerns. I also love the constant communication of my child playing and learning throughout the day through their Smartcare application.
My daughter has attended this daycare for 1.5 years. She is always excited to go here everyday and play and learn. In the summer she loves water day. I also love how through out the day i can check the app to see pictures and videos of her activities at daycare. Im keeping her here for sure !
