It's called A Child's Dream because my child was allowed to sleep for 8 hours while in attendance at the center. My intent is to warn parents of the repeated patterns of neglect, lack of communication, and violations of standard childcare practices observed over a six-month period. Primary Concerns 1. Feeding and Basic Care Neglect • The center does not provide food for infants. When bottles and meals were sent from home, they were often returned untouched after a full eight-hour day. • Staff repeatedly claimed my child had been fed, yet the child feeding habits were evident that she had not eaten. Which was different from weekends or days we kept her home. • On one occasion, a staff member admitted my child was not fed for eight hours due to “not having a spoon.” • Prior to obtaining evidence, I had reason to believe my child’s food was discarded rather than served. • These incidents were serious enough that they were reported to the state. 2. Restricted Parental Access and Transparency • I was never permitted to enter the infant room, even briefly, to observe or check on my child. • The center failed to provide daily infant reports, which are standard for tracking feedings, diaper changes, and sleep schedules. • When I inquired daily about my child’s care, the director stated she “lost employees because of my questions,” suggesting that reasonable parental involvement was viewed as disruptive. 3. Lack of Developmental Activities and Supervision • My child was regularly placed in a high chair for extended periods in front of a television. • No meaningful activities, playtime, or developmental engagement were observed or reported. • Over the six months of attendance, there was no progress or transition toward toddler developmental milestones. There is no scheduled activities or interactions with the infants. Just TV time. 4. Inappropriate Parent Restrictions • When my child arrived with a soiled diaper, I had previously changed her in the front lobby or in the front kids room with a changing table as previously suggested. I was later told that I could no longer change her indoors and would need to do so in my car, which was both inappropriate and unsanitary. 5. Hostile Environment and Staff Intimidation • Several staff members appeared fearful of the director, suggesting a culture of intimidation within the workplace. This environment further compromised open communication and accountability. Summary Statement Based on my documented experiences, A Child’s Dream Learning Center has demonstrated repeated lapses in communication, care, and transparency. The behaviors described reflect a pattern inconsistent with safe and developmentally appropriate childcare standards. As a parent, I strongly advise sending your child here. DECAL has found my complaint substantial.

Mrs. Christine and Mr. Raymond are very courteous and understanding. I have not had any issues with any of the staff either. My son loves them all, and calls Mrs. Christine gma-like all the other kids. I have learned that reviews are one sided, these people's opinions are one sided. With anything, you have to make each experience your own.

More like a child’s NIGHTMARE! I could go on and on about the lack of professionalism and care for the children but I won’t waste my time! You’ve been warned!!
