I am very pleased with the care and communication we receive. The parent engagement app, Procare, makes it easy to communicate with my child’s teacher as well as office staff throughout the day. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. My daughter is excited to go every day!
Very concerned for the safety of the children that are enrolled at this daycare. My granddaughter who is under the age of two, along with several other toddlers, were made to walk down a flight of stairs of about 12 cement steps with no help from an adult. My daughter was told they were short staffed that day so they had one teacher watching toddlers go down these steps with no help mind you to go outside and play Instead of staying inside because they were short staffed. Exactly what you would expect to happen in this scenario happen and my granddaughter who is under the age of two and has no business walking down a flight of steps by herself unassisted fell three steps down on cement steps and has a bruise on her face. Nobody tried to contact my daughter to make her aware of the situation, her grandmother went to pick her up and still nobody was told that this incident happened. Instead, my daughter ended up receiving a text message later telling her there was an incident at the daycare that day. My daughter could not reach anyone. Nobody would answer her calls until she had called several times and then was finally able to reach somebody. This is very unprofessional behavior for people who have your small children’s lives and safety and their hands! We will never send any of our loved ones to this facility ever again and if you have any common sense you would all pull your children from. I would not even send my dog to this place as I love my dog like a family member.
I have multiple nieces and nephews attend the center. Anytime I have picked up they are happy and the staff has been friendly and told me all about their days. They are always excited to go to school and happy to tell me all about their teachers and friends. I’m so glad they have people that love them the way we do.
We absolutely love this daycare. The staff are warm, patient, and truly care about each and every child. Our little one is excited to go every day, and we’ve seen so much growth and confidence. Highly recommend!
Love this place with amazing staff that always take care of my two girls! I also love the procare app! They always update me during the day which gives me peace of mind <3
