Zoned For Kids @ Towson

I would give them 0 stars if I could !!!!I pulled my 3 month old son out of here in fear of his safety !!! This daycare constantly sent my son home with SOAKING WET BIBS and clothes with DRIED throw up that they allowed him to soak in ALL DAY!! When I finally asked them about them not changing his bibs and clothes they were very attitudinal about it and seems irritated with me. The next day my son came home with a big scratch on his face and MS.MONIQUE IN THE INFANT ROOM told me she accidentally scratched his face!! The day I finally got fed up I walked into the daycare and could hear my son screaming from the front of the daycare !!! He was laying face down on a DIRTY CARPET!! No tummy time mat etc on a DIRT MAT SCREAMING he was 3 months old at the time and couldn’t lift his head up much so imagine him face down on the carpet. this daycare is money hungry !!! They always ask about tuition but don’t even take care of the kids! I have witnessed the bigger kids being grabbed very aggressively and yelled at!! Most of the staff here look like they’re on drugs!!!!! THE SWINGS AND HI CHAIRS ARE DISGUSTING THEY DONT CLEAN THEM!!! It smells like pee and poop when you walk in!! One day I witnessed a staff from the infant room feeding the infants from her own personal food a chicken box and fries !!! So unprofessional and a safety issue

I had to pull my children out of here due to fears for their safety. I witnessed staff hollering at children and each other, and even staff yanking kids up by one arm. I reported it to management, not sure if the issues have ever been resolved. Evaluate this place with care of you are considering sending your children here.

These teachers love the kids. Like actually love them. And my daughter loves her teachers. Prior to Covid-19, the babies were always held or allowed to explore their room, the toddlers can play wherever they want outside of scheduled activities, the preschoolers have classwork and homework along with play time, and when it's not too cold or hot or wet they go outside at least twice a day. Covid-19 has brought some challenges, but they strictly follow CDC guidelines without making the kids feel scared or worried about the change. I love Zoned for Kids and I'm so glad we found them.

This review is a WARNING our children started here in February 2023 from the first month of them going there they got very sick with multiple viruses & it’s was ongoing for months this facility claimed the teachers clean up the entire facility when the children take naps but this is a lie every time we have popped up here during nap time they are sitting around on their phones talking & doing absolutely nothing!! All the teachers have MAJOR ATTITUDE ISSUES TO THE POINT ME & MY HUSBAND HAVE WITNESSED THEM YELLING AT OTHER KIDS THEY TRY TO WRITE FALSE STATEMENTS ON OUR CHILDRENS DAILY REPORTS WHEN OUR CHILD HAS TOLD US HIS TEACHER STRAIGHT UP IGNORES HIM AND YELLS WHEN HE TRIES TO ASK HER QUESTIONS/GET HER ATTENTION WE HAVE MENTIONED TO THE OWNER CASANDRA & ROBIN MANY TIMES THEIR STAFF IS NOT WELL TRAINED TO DEAL WITH KIDS THEY HAVE NO PATIENCE & THEY ALL LOOK LIKE RECOVERING ADDICTS WITH SERIOUS ATTITUDE ISSUES WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE KEEPING OUR 2 & 4 year olds here Casandra called us one day stating we needed to pick our kid up before her teacher ZAPS OUT on him & then quits what teacher would ever threaten to put their hands on a child??? they don’t TEACH THEM ANYTHING WE HAVE SEEN MORE PROGRESS IN OUR KIDS FROM US TEACHING THEM EVERY DAY THAN WHEN THEY WERE HERE & DURING THEIR SUMMER PROGRAM ALL SUMMER THEY HAD NOTHING PLANNED FOR THESE KIDS OUR SON WOULD COME HOME TELL US HE DOESNT LIKE IT HE IS BORED UP THERE WE GOT THEM FREE ZOO TICKETS 55 Tickets to take the WHOLE CENTER on A TRIP because they claimed prices went up for the zoo/aquarium and didn’t even get a thank you or recognition … WE TRIED TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO SEE IF THEY WOULD STEP THEIR GAME UP BUT THEY FAILED ALL OF THE TEACHERS EITHER YOUNG & UNEDUCATED ON WORKING WITH CHILDREN OR OLD & MEAN/LAZY THEY ALWAYS HAD NASTY ATTITUDES FROM THE TIME WE DROPPED OUR KIDS OFF TO PICKING THEM UP BY FAR THE WORST CENTER WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH & they got a MONEY HUNGRY OWNER when we notified them we were taking our kids out of this center she didn’t even want to hear what I had to say so hear it now in this review …. Please everyone believe the reviews & keep your kids far away from this place we truly regret ever sending our kids here & the health dept will be notified about this filthy facility they need to be inspected & shut down.

My baby has been very happy there. The ladies love her and take care of her well. It’s like having multiple aunties who love and care about the children.
