I am writing this as a paying parent who experienced a short-term payment issue and attempted to resolve it responsibly. After the holidays, I initiated all communication regarding my balance and reconciliation. Administration provided a specific date and time for when funds needed to be available. I ensured the funds were available, yet no payment was processed. When I attempted to follow up, the administrator was unavailable until the following week and did not reach out. I again had to initiate contact. Later, Ms. Emily (administration) stated that charges had been “attempted,” despite no such transactions appearing on my bank statements, no notice being given, and balances being changed to higher amounts than what was agreed upon. When I followed up in writing with a factual email, my partner called for clarification. Ms. Gigi (owner) was hostile and condescending in tone, and I then received a voicemail stating: “I am not providing you with free childcare. You get more with honey than vinegar.” This was in response to a respectful, documentation-based message. During pickup, my child had been woken from rest and returned with a heavily soiled diaper. To be clear: classroom staff were kind and professional. My concerns are specific to administrative handling by Ms. Gigi and Ms. Emily. It is also relevant that administration and ownership are family-related, which in my experience resulted in errors not being acknowledged. I am sharing this for one reason: if you ever face a payment issue—even temporarily—do not expect clear communication, follow-through, or professional reconciliation here, even when you initiate contact in good faith.

They will call CPS on people if your daughter's Dr doesn't send her medication it to the pharmacy when they were told to and said they did it. If your child is tired from medication that made her tired for a couple weeks because she needed to get use to it, they will also call CPS.She wasn't even allowed to take a medicine she is currently taking after that she was given a chance to get used to it. First case was closed because I was just listening to her Dr and trying to get her mood under control, she ended up getting kicked off the bus later because she was not allowed to take a medication that she simply needed to get use to. This time guess what her medicine that they think I'm just not giving her is in the pharmacy finally and I'm going to pick it up today. Once again waisting CPS officers time.

I love being able to work with a group of fantastic teachers where my children went to preschool 30 years ago and see that the care and education provided today is even more exceptional than it was back then! I only wish my grandchildren lived here so they could have the same quality educational experience!
