I called a while ago and the lady in charge of the place was very rude and cold...spoke to me all insensitively. I told her I was lonely and struggling with money too....she goes all nasty on the phone if u need money go downtown to social services or if u need food try a soup kitchen if u need ppl join something and says all arrogantly this is all the advice I have for you....tells me goodbye what if I was suicidal calling there she did make me feel worse and sadder....I found out later the woman was the one who put the warmline together she shouldn't speak to ppl in deep distress....she even had the other workers there being funny with me when i called even the one lady who was always nice changed how she treated me on the phone....I called a lot the lady was tired of me....boss or not she's at the wrong profession....the nice one goes u sure been calling us a lot huh. With the same taunting tone, as the boss there....most ppl in the mental health field in my opinion shouldn't be in it. Most ppl arent fit... takes a special person most humans aren't fit in my opinion. If organizations only hired ppl who were fit though sadly the place or organization would only have around 3 ppl. even warmlines or crisis lines most ppl arent good or show genuine true compassion the mean annoyed about those type of calls human eventually will come out on someone, and unfortunately it was me at this warmline.thanks for adding to my people and respect issues....a mental health facility whos professional shouldn't have that negative impact. On anyone even someone calling daily trying to be given human connection of some kind she thought was positive. I no longer call any mental health lines of any kind i just deal...its better than hurtful incompetent people in the wrong field greeting u..

Won't refund money to parents for services NOT rendered when schools were closed due to Covid19. VERY poor community decision because you can't cover your own operational expenses!!!
