I like the excersice bike that works your legs and arms both. My stress level is down when I either come in to excercise at the Y and do the Tia Chi relaxation workout at the YMCA. I use the excercises through my laptop to work out at home, too. Feeling a much overall health.

Very trusted . They have taken care of my son from 1-3 years old he is now 6 and they currently have my 1 year old girl . Their my be a waiting list spots fill fast here! Open 6am -5 pm I do wish they would just make it 6am-6pm like most daycare's
