I had a great care here. I thank all the nurses for giving me the best care that reminded me of the former Yakima Memorial Hospital. I especially thank Dr. Hodge and his team for taking care of my heart and saving my life. To the hospital management team, keep up the good work.
Went in to eat at cafeteria, and got a salad. Only problem was they didn't have the sunflower seeds out. Asked till psrson, but they said they were out. I was sad, and said ok, I guess no SFSeeds today. After ordering something amd getting my water, Tony, a worker had over heard that there were no SFDeeds, so he went in back and got me some. What great service and willingness to make my experience a great one. Hats off to cook today as well, she was fast, and curtious as well. Great team, yall did great. A+ For the hospitals staff in cafeteria. Have a great 2026.
Had the unfortunate experience of needing hospitalization while vacationing in Yakima. My treatment while hospitalized at MultiCare was excellent. Medical treatment by Dr. Wang and the surgery care by Dr. Thorner and Dr. Gaskill was also excellent as well as the nursing staff from my ER admission to discharge. All allowed me to return to my home in Florida in a very timely manner.
The worst hospital ever. And that's coming from someone that's been in many ones from many falls from fainting. They won't look at injuries or look into anything. They barely looked at my broken clavicle bone and they at first were trying to say I didn't break anything before the x-rays. I also ended up having a damaged knee and ear drum which they didnt even try and notice. Do not go here. Buyer beware!
I was in pretty bad shape. I was having dizziness and didn't have a job and this a last resource. I was concerned about if they would even see me and to my surprise l was seen in a timely manner and everybody were very professional and showed genuine concern. I worked with some nice people, l can't remember a lot but Angela, Freda,Dr. Gregory, Wyatt plus many more. Even though they were busy they checked on, a stranger. The only downside is they are understaffed, like so many others. When this was Memorial, people would eat lunch and dinner there. Keep up the good work.
