STAY AWAY FROM THIS DAYCARE Do NOT bring your child here. The owner and director lack accountability. I have brought up multiple issues to both the owner (Bridget) and the new Director (Candice) regarding my child’s wellbeing. All of which they just shift blame back on me. My child had gotten hand foot and mouth, multiple diaper rashes, UTIs and yeast infections from their staff not wiping her thoroughly or changing her properly. My most recent concern was my child saying the “N” word. I bought the concern to the director Candice and was told over the phone we COULD have a meeting regarding this matter. 5mins later Candice calls me back stating that we could NOT have a meeting regarding this issue because they don’t believe my daughter got the “N” word from their “Christian daycare”. And that they are standing behind their staff and basically calling me and my child a liar. The teachers for each class change so much. They can’t keep staff. And they NEVER notify you when your child has a new teacher. I ended up withdrawing my child from this daycare. And instead of them giving me a withdraw form to fill out. They sent the ELC people an Enrollment Termination document stating that my child was released from their school for “behavioral issues”. I called Ms Bridget to fix this blatant lie. And she stated that she submitted the form this way in retaliation against me.

My daughter attended here for 3 years and never 1 problem ever. The staff are very trustworthy and passionate about the kids they teach and look after while we work day after day! Thank you YouthLand!!
