As a single father of four kids I must say the lady's and the manager of this daycare Ms Amanda are absolutely the best. My kids are my life and from day one of taking my kids to this daycare for over a year now they have accommodated all of my concerns and any issue I've had absolutely wonderful honestly and I can't praise youthland academy enough. Despite some of the reviews that I've read this daycare is definitely a place where my kids will remain until they transition into regular schooling. Thanks youthland academy and to Ms Amanda who has made my experience with this daycare 100% Satisfactory.

This place is very unprofessional, and they do not treat your kids right. Some of the workers yell at the kids from what I’ve witnessed myself. If I could rate this daycare a zero I would. They don’t even try to soothe your kids when they cry or distract them with other things they could do. The toddlers room ages 1-2 yrs old barely have toys for the kids to play so I can see why they all fight over the very little toys they do have in there. Which leads to the teachers always having to break up the children from fighting. They have nothing to do all day. The kids constantly are trying to run out the rooms. They don’t even play with the kids or teach them anything, they just grab a chair and sit there and look at the kids. If you ask me this daycare should be shut down or looked into because they don’t properly care for children. I feel sorry for the kids that attend at this daycare. I took my child out of this place day 3 because my child told me the rude and nasty things the teacher would say.

Outside of someone kid biting my son and being told there was no incident report made & there’s an area on camera where it’s to dark to see the little kids and a little misunderstanding far as the payment amount that I owe the daycare is Ite. For the most part the staff are very cool and respectful but Amanda stands out the most she’s very hostile and rude. She does not know how to talk to people saying stuff like “we don’t need your money” is uncalled for. I went there today to remove my son from daycare bc I would rather pay my mom instead of the daycare and I guess that’s a crime. Same thing I said to her directly is that she comes off rude and she obviously don’t see nothing wrong with how she comes off. The smart remarks because I came to pick my son up was just no need for all you had to do was say “thanks for choosing our daycare and I hope you find somewhere else safe for him” and she could’ve kept it pushing…. fix it bc there’s no good daycare if the staff are not respectful and can’t self reflect on themselves… besides that I don’t have anything else to say and will be returning next Friday to make payment.

I have been going here for 7 years now with my children. I have seen teachers become directors, I have witnessed Amanda, and Tamika go above and beyond for my children and the children in their care. There is no price on the value they give, the love, safety and care they provide for our kids. Many of the ladies here have been at this center for many years, long before I joined the Youthland Family. I have not only been a parent but also a teacher here so I’ve had the opportunity to see the outs and the in’s on the structure and environment at Youthland Academy. If hesitant, schedule a visit!! They will welcome you with a smile. I’ve read the reviews and I contest to the negative views stated before and maybe they came during a time where a few bad apples were in the center. Those bad apples don’t last very long here at Youthland, might I add!! I am a Mother, a friend, volunteer, and peer to the women here and I appreciate them for all of their hard work in our community!!

They don’t know how to properly watch children. My boys have had moments of getting harmed same with my daughter. My daughter lip was busted open and they don’t know how. They wouldn’t feed my kids. Half time they didn’t change my children when they were in diapers. They also don’t know how to treat parents who are low class citizens.
