I’m one to give chances . But my son was at Youthland for almost 2 years . Once he got into the toddler room things changed for the worse . I understand at that age they are trying new things , hitting , scratching etc . My problem is why was it a continuous issue . It started with a scratch here and there . Then my son got bit on his arm (let me not forget he had a sweater and an undershirt on) the bite was huge and bruised him . I request video footage and while my son was getting bit two teachers were standing at the front of the class chatting and didn’t stop chatting after he was bit . Then my son got bit on the face and scratched on the face ! SAME DAY BY THE SAME CHILD ! When I received the call about the scratch I said okay are they separated at least for the day … Nope didn’t happen . The teacher allowed for the same child to attack my son twice in one day . Tara , and Shannon are good for trying to justify this behavior from teachers I learned . From August of 2025 to December I’m sure my son had over 15 incident reports . Oh how can I forget the time my son was in the infant class and they had his bottle propped with a blanket on the floor while the teacher was SWEEPING . My mom walked in and seen this ! Multiple co workers there complain about how the upper management more so are worried about the business aspect . And it’s obvious . My son is now gone and I received a call about a $32 balance and was threatened that my vouchers would be cancelled if it wasn’t paid . LOL that type of energy was never poured into my child constantly getting bit ! BUT ITS PAID AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND .

Found out my daughter was struck in the stomach today by another student causing her to fall back into a metal bar bruising her back. What if she hit her head or neck on the bar? Why are they allowing these children to be around. They need to remove these children all together because their parents dont teach them right from wrong. They dump off their kids and let strangers raise them. Bullying in pre school are you kidding me? I dont want anyone' else's children to endure this it is unacceptable.

I love this place. My children attended in home daycares their whole life, and I had my reservations but this place feels like home. There's nowhere else my kids would rather be. I love the whole staff!!

Great daycare... profressional clean would recommend everyone to take their children if they could.
