Great full they was there to help me when I had nothing else. Great support system
It was very dirty when I donated. It is not like it used to be. No exercise programs, etc. the once beautiful marble floors are filthy. It’s depressing to see how run down it is.
A nice place for survivors. Women and children only.
I was pushed out of the room by another client and she locked the door and told me to stay out of her room, the same room I'd been in for 5 mos, I told the staff and they threatened to discharge ME. This place is so corrupt. Women on drugs, drunk. Dirty, no food in the pantry ever. No one listens to you, no one cares. They'll choose a bully or troublemaker over someone who's trying to better their life. The same rules do not apply to everyone. I honestly don't know how they are still open. I can't get any sleep due to all the loud talking all night, lights on etc. no respect no consideration no consistency.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It's ditry showers toilets washers and dryers are always breaking down. Staff laugh at you when you ask them for help. Not to mention they kick you out for bs reasons and then you don't get the full reason on wy they are kicking you out. Night staff are so lazy them not doing proper room searches resulted in a woman dying during my stay. The staff manager is always rude and stuck up on a high horse. They allow people to come in high on dope daily and drunk as a leprechauns uncle. Living in a box during a thunderstorm is more convenient than dealing with the stress this place will give you. The ignorance and incompetence in staff is why people want to release or kill themselves. I'd love to see all the woman sitting behind their pretty desks give up their checks for 3 months and see how it is on the resident side of things.
