Young School Early Ed Program

The staff is top-notch, whether it is reaching developmental milestones, or helping your little one better understand the world around them, or facilitating their cognitive, social, and emotional growth, they provide excellent care for all ages. The school staff is communicative, you are able to see what is going on in the classrooms, and if you have any concerns, questions or just want to talk, the staff is always open and willing to discuss anything. We never hesitate to recommend the Young School when friends and family are considering sending their child to daycare.

I have had the joy of watching two of my children experience The Young School and am now watching my third do the same. It has been a place of exploration and wonder for all of them. What keeps me sending my children there is the way the teachers take the time to truly know each child as an individual, along with the portfolios every child receives that show their growth over time—from infancy through preschool. My oldest is now 14, and we still look through his portfolio every now and then. The teachers and administrators listen to your concerns and take immediate action to address them. Communication, learning, and community are a 10/10. The Young School is a place I recommend every time to anyone looking for childcare that doesn’t just babysit, but genuinely provides children with opportunities to grow and learn every day.

We moved our youngest son to the Young School at the end of August and it has been everything they advertised and so much more. The environment is welcoming for everyone and even as a new family with a new student, they act as if we have been with them for years. Academically, he comes home every day excited to share what he learned and ready to do more at home. We looked into and toured a few different places but when we left The Young School, my son didn't want to go anywhere else. It's been such a great experience even my oldest son says "I wish I went here." One of the best educational decisions our family has made.

I absolutely recommend Young school. The entire team of teachers and administrators are passionate about their job and genuinely love the kids. They give feedback about your child’s performance and work with parent to ensure a smooth educational experience for your child. The fact that you can watch your child live while in class is just amazing. I love young school and I am glad I chose this school for my kids.

I have had both of my children attend the Young School, beginning at 6 months old. My son is now 5 and my daughter is 2. Their experience at the Young School has been wonderful- the teachers are loving and supportive, the administration is responsive, caring and very easy to communicate with. The Young School provides numerous extra-curricular opportunities to students, including dance, lacrosse and soccer, and a music teacher comes in to sing with the kids frequently as well. The playgrounds are lovely and well-made, the environment is inviting and cozy. I can't say enough good things and I'm so appreciative of the care they provide our children.
