The women’s locker room has become quite problematic lately. The floor is consistently sticky and gooey, which makes it uncomfortable to walk around. Additionally, there's often an unpleasant odor that fills the space, making it difficult to feel at ease. On numerous occasions, I've noticed that there’s a lack of toilet paper, which is a basic necessity that seems to be overlooked. Given the amount of money that goes into maintaining these facilities, I believe there's a significant opportunity for improvement in cleanliness and overall hygiene. It’s important that the environment is safe and welcoming for everyone who uses it.

Only complaint is the time they close on SUNDAY hahah and Saturday… NOW I GET SUNDAY IS THE LORDS DAY. but Saturday when I’m done with work and can’t get in cause I get done 3:30-4 it’s to late… Other then that LOVE THIS PLACE

It appears that the Olean site has only 2 stationary bikes, one of which has a neglected, cracked, and torn seat which makes its use extremely uncomfortable to use. Is there not funding which could replace this seat? I give this bike seat one (1) star but five (5) stars overall for the YMCA itself.

OK, my name is Amber. I have a son who is seven years old. He goes to Washington West. We stay at the park for a few hours after school every day never had an issue except for why care workers that is now my kids play with other kids, of course not all children or mine, but I will solely stand up for children anytime One of the Y workers yelled at my child’s friend because he was trying to play with the other kids that were on the park from my care, I was sitting right there. This man proceeded to yell at a child and. In a manner that he shouldn’t have, there was another child that was sitting at the table with me. He has a walkie-talkie. His child is autistic now mind you that has nothing to do with this, but especially with a child being autistic no adult should scream at any child I feel These kids were just being kids and for a grown man named Landon to scream at a child to leave these other kids alone when all they wanted to do was play I stood my ground now I’m just a loud person in general. This man proceeded to disrespect me as he sits there with his head in the phone, not even watching the children from the wild care Proceeds. They tell me I’m not an adult when all I was trying to do was have a conversation with him and tell him to approach me and not a child he’s seen. I was sitting there when they came out now I will be going to the school today and trying to retrieve this video because he claims that these kids have been a nuisance for the past eight days I’ve been there. They haven’t even been out there. He hasn’t even been out there. There was a woman with black hair with the Y kids, My point being he is not a good example for children.If his face face is going to be in his phone and not his eyes on the kids and number two you don’t scream at children. Point blank, especially when you’re working with them and they’re not even your children. I will stand 10 toes down that any adult should go to another adult and have a conversation but you see something you say something

Worst experience ever. I booked the party room for my son’s 10th birthday from11-1. Wasn’t cheap for sure. Went in and asked where the party room was the rude guy behind the desk said just walk down the hall. Then another younger male with blonde hair told me at 12:45 we close at 1 so everyone needs to hurry up and be outside by then. I was told I had a half hour before the party to set up and a half hour after to clean. Apparently not. I will never book that again. Nor will I ever suggest anyone else to book it either. On top of that we booked the pool and we weren’t the only ones in it! Had I known that every person that came was a y member so we could have just swam for as long as we wanted and left to have cake. Would have been a much better experience!
