I have tried calling this daycare and they picked up the phone and hung up on me. Then their line was “busy”. It makes an incredibly bad impression. Definitely doesn’t make me want to leave my children in their care. The J-Town location however is AMAZING. Very friendly and not too bothered to pick up the phone.
The week that I had my kid in here he was dehydrated, he asked the teacher for water and she said no to him at the beginning and in the papers they made me sign I told them he needs to drink plenty of water every day I picked up my kid and he asked me every time do you have fresh water mommy I’m very thirty I talked to the director and her answer was his teacher didn’t give him water because he just had some which is unprofessional, also they do not speak to the kids in a good way even in front of parents it happened with me being there the blonde girl which is the director assistant got impatient after calling my kid two times when I was picking him up plus my kid start saying things to me that his teacher told to another kid I can’t even tell here I don’t know how they dare the kids say everything if you are looking for lovely people this is not the place
My twins have learned so much since starting here and have truly been thriving. Very happy with this daycare.
