What Parents Say
Young Hearts has a long-standing presence in the Philadelphia community with strong loyalty from some families who report positive growth and improvement in their children. However, recent reviews reveal significant concerns about management changes, staff responsiveness to basic care needs, and billing practices that have allegedly declined since leadership changes.
My niece attended here when it first opened, now she’s graduated pharmacy school! This daycare has been a staple part of our community, serving young families for almost 20 years and I hope they continue. We recently enrolled our older toddler after touring a dozen other daycares, and went back to what felt familiar having heard positive things from my niece. So we knew what to and what not to expect, which is key to choosing the right type of care for your family.
I'm so happy when my son goes school here..Have alot daycares around my house but I still driving him here every days. He love here and he has alot of improvement, learning, growing 🥰. All teachers are nice and kind.
I still remember when my daughter attend this day care. She was potty trained. One day I found when she came home with the dirty underwear ( BM) all over her legs. The assistant teacher did not help at all. I can’t imagine, how long she has to wear on dirty underwear?? I talked with the director about it. The Teacher did not say anything. My hope at least the Teacher give me an explanation.. just be aware…
This daycare was great at the beginning with the old director (Ms. Chelsey). After she left, this place just went down hill. The director there now is clueless and not helpful at all. If your child get injured, get ready for lies and excuses. They even post up every parent tuitions on the kids locker for everyone to see, who the hell does that?, also raise the rates one week before tuition was due!!. This place is now a joke!..
Since when there is an extra Co pay for a daycare when you already have a copay for ccis. This is crazy. I wish it was a choice for 0 star but this will have to do.
