Something happened that was devastating today at a training in the 21st century. This should not still be happening. I am an educated lady of color, and how 2 males behave was atrocious. By their actions, they believe they have gotten away with how they treated me. I have dealt with young people who are in groups or clicks, but they are supposed to be working with youth, which is concerning, especially if they are of color or another culture.
