The site manager Torie is very avoidant and I don’t think fit to be a manager. Since the first day she set our start date then went on vacation and didn’t tell anyone we were arriving. We sat in lobby for 40+ mins hoping someone would see us as they never answer the phone. But worst, their care is negligent. Our child came home with bad bite marks breaking skin from the same child 7+ times. A bloody, swollen busted lip and blood on her shirt. All teachers acted like she came in that way and didn’t know what happened UNTIL we took it up with HR, then they remember what happened. Never once did they change protocol or try to make it a safer environment for our 1 year old. We left because our child was showing signs of emotional distress from injuries. Our child wasn’t safe there and management is beyond awful to deal with. AVOID this place
The Playground is well organized and so convenient for busy parents. Healthy meals and snacks are provided every day and they make a point of sanitizing every room every evening to reduce transmission of diseases. My daughter loves going there and I look forward to putting my son there soon
Love having my kids come to daycare here! All of them did until they started school. I have my youngest one there now .
