This is the second year my daughter has been going to Fun Company. The teachers watching them after school are great. The customer service department on the other hand, is not. I had my account on automatic draft for 1.5 years. Until I lost my job, and I was trying to remove it to pay it manually. I tried for over a month. No way to remove auto draft online. The teachers at the school did not have the option either. The google number is outdated, no longer in service. I emailed, with no response, and submitted online tickets that whole time. Within that time frame, they started new rule, if auto draft fails there is a $25 fee. I called them and asked for that fee to be removed since I have been on auto draft this whole time and I have been trying to get it removed with no response. They refused to. They didn't reply for over a month to get my auto draft removed, and then refuse to help with the return fee they accessed to me because the auto draft got declined when I knew it would. I was informed to get with Margaret Harris and then she avoided every single email. They are great with watching the kids, but when it comes to paying and how hard it is to get in touch with them. I would not recommend having your account on auto pay.

If you have a disabled child they do not want you and will do inhumane things to your child ! My daughter was a part of the after school program at Mt View elementary and had after school care for 2 hours. She is non verbal One day as I was on my way to pick her up I got a call from the employee who told me my daughter had an accident she pooped on herself. Well they don’t change closes and I was 20 min from the school. When I arrived the 2 employees had my daughter standing outside a few feet from the front door covered in poop so all her peers and anyone else who entered or exited saw her. At the time it was Covid and my baby liked wearing shields better than a mask. When I got to her she still had on her visor and glasses. She was covered in poop. It was on her shield her hands her glasses her shirt and shoes. They didn’t even try to wash her hands, remove her shield or glasses. When I got to her she had the saddest look on her face. And the girl said well I didn’t know do you want to change her or go home here’s her bag. Absolutely nothing was done to the employees by the Y or Mt View. There was a fake apology bc I reported it to the principal but nothing and. I mean nothing happened to the employees and we were treated like we did something wrong. These are not trustworthy ppl with your child. They use Jesus as a selling point and this same thing has happened with others I found out after reaching out to an advocate and reporting them to the state. But nothing happened. There is no justice for kids with disabilities. And they should be ashamed to use Jesus after the humiliation they put my child threw! These are not good ppl!

it's better than nothing though i would suggest different teachers. I go there and don't like it but some teachers werenice and made it fun.
