The workout area is always clean and organized. There is a wide varity of machines, weights and benches. The machines are always working and old equipment and machines are replaced and updated frequently. There are a ton of clases, the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly and the class price points are fair.

I'm going to be a new visitor in '26. Everything I've seen on the virtual tour looks great. I love the layout and machine placement. Need to do cardio and lower my A1C without using the "jab". Can't wait to use the sauna as this aging body will definitely benefit from it. Will drop another review in a few months to share my experience. Thank you Dave

Lady on the phone…. Being very rude! When I Nicely said excuse me she said in a very abrupt tone “Oh! Your excused” no costumer service and seemed like I was interrupting her on her phone. Terrible experience.

The main men's locker room has been in need of much attention to resolve health and safety issues. Parts of the ceiling has been long removed due to water leaks, exposing rusty, and delapidated air handling ducts that are leaking overhead, just above the people in the locker room. Large open buckets collect the nasty and unhealthy liquids dripping from overhead. This terrible condition has remained unchanged and not fixed for weeks and weeks! What's going on with the management and maintenance? There's no excuse for this!
