The coaches are very kind and helpful to all of the children. This place has been a blessing to our granddaughter’s. Luke and coach Mattie are amazing.
I was really disappointed in the lack of communication. They have a really cool looking YMCA circus program, but no one responds to emails or phone calls to get information. We showed up on what happened to be a try out day. We obvioisly were not prepared to try out. It felt like the only way to be in the circus program is if you were already in it or family of someone in it.. I tried repeatedly to call to get info about the non try out circus classes, but never got any communication back.
I had a great experience at the YMCA thanks to Andres Z! He helped me with my membership application and was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. He made everything easy to understand and made me feel welcomed. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and excellent customer service. Thank you, Andres!
Do not send your kids to camp here. Supervision is sub par. My child asked 3 adults for an ice pack when he got hurt and no one helped him. This was in the morning before lunch and no one notified us. Checked on him or anything. They told him no and said to wait 20 minutes. Do the staff here not have first aid training or any empathy? Bad kids are allowed to attend this camp. Sweating and treating other kids poorly and bullying. Parents are paying hundreds of dollars for childcare. Find somewhere else to take your child.
It is a good place to get energy out. Good for swimming, and basketball. The circus does often interfere with basketball so you can only really practice Fri-Sun. Also one time I tried to bring a friend as a guest so we could play basketball and 1v1 but they said they needed his parent to be physically present to say he could play with me since he is a minor (I’m a minor as well) no Diddy.
