The place is nice. The people are nice, but the location is terrible. You have to walk through the tower Square and parking is kind of an annoyance if you want to do a quick workout it takes longer to get to the workout then it does to actually work out.

As I was about to leave the gym, a female staff member called out to me very loudly in front of everyone, asking me to wipe down the equipment I had used. I smiled and informed her that I had already done so. She then insisted that the last machine I used, the stair climber, had not been wiped down. Again, I assured her that I had cleaned it, although she may not have noticed. She responded by saying, “Oh, just a reminder—you are required to wipe down every piece of equipment you use.” I replied that I was aware of this rule. that since this gym does not provide wet wipes (unlike other gyms) and the disinfectant spray was not readily available at that moment, I had used a regular paper towel to wipe the machine after use. Additionally, during my workout, my hands had barely touched the handrails, so I believe the equipment was sufficiently clean. I would like to express my concern about how the situation was handled. Being called out loudly at the exit while I was already packed and ready to leave was embarrassing and unnecessary. If the staff member had been observing me during my workout, she should have seen that I had wiped down the equipment. Even if she missed it, I believe it would have been more appropriate to check the security cameras first, rather than confronting me so publicly. Such behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.（maybe she is racist).I hope the staff can be reminded to address similar matters more professionally and respectfully in the future.

They don't return calls, don't respond to emails, and have irresponsible employees. They had confirmed my son's enrollment in the after-school program; he was registered and paid. The same day he was scheduled to start, they called me to tell me he couldn't stay at the school and that I had to pick him up because he could go in. It was their mistake, and they didn't even offer the option to resolve the issue. If he were their son, I'm sure they would have done something, as they usually do for their own children.

Basketball court has nice hoops but the floors feel like a slip and slide every single time you step on the floor you would expect them to at least wax them every now and then for the money they charge monthly but they don’t . And their locker rooms have busted up lockers that won’t lock or close and their showers are very unsanitary. The only thing decent about this place is the weight room

Came in for a workout while in town for the weekend. Great facilities and kind, welcoming staff. Equipment is brand new for the most part and is kept very clean. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
