Everyone who works at the center is so friendly, the equipment is always clean, and I rarely need to wait to use machines. Love going there!

This place is warm, welcoming and very CLEAN! When you come to the Southwest YMCA, you become family. Just ask any member coming in. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6am - 12noon and 5pm - 8pm. Saturdays from 9am - 1pm.

I can workout in a calm setting only thing I miss is they don't have a pool or sauna there .
