What Parents Say
This YMCA facility receives consistently positive feedback for its friendly staff, clean facilities, and comprehensive amenities including pools, fitness classes, and childcare programs at affordable membership rates. Most reviewers praise the aquatics areas and overall cleanliness, though some note space constraints during peak times.
This place seems like it has a lot to offer but we utilize it for the pool. The front desk is rarely helpful or friendly. Always with a earbud in or a cellphone in their hand. Recently we waited 20 minutes for the pool to reopen due to weather only to be told that it was open and sent away literally two minutes with my toddlers in tow. The female held up a sign saying it's closed again. It took three separate conversations to learn that even with the indoor pool we can't utilize it because of how it was built and they have to shut it down during bad weather. Disrespectful, unprofessional, tactless and frustrating are a few words I'd use to describe every interaction with the front desk personnel.
This ain’t just a gym, it’s a spa in disguise — Where treadmills hum lullabies and the sauna whispers lies. The pool? Warm like gossip in a small town. The weights? Waiting to humble your whole bloodline. Staff smile like they know your secrets (they do). And the view? Wetlands so pretty you’ll forget your glutes are on fire. 10/10 if you’re tryna sweat, flex, and maybe heal your inner child too.
This place is great. Friendly staff, fully stocked gym, heated pool w/jacuzzi, outdoor pool with splash area for kids, sauna, steam rooms, basketball courts, an after-school care program, kid's seasonal sports, baby/toddler daycare, and a huge variety of group fitness classes. They even have a preschool program. The family membership is only $80 a month too. Totally affordable for the number of things they offer.
The staff is super friendly! There are a few reasons I'm giving 3 stars. One being the kids pool is always crowded during summer because of the kids camp. The facility is way to small for the amount of programs they have going on.
Pay all this money for them to close the pool for any little inconvenience, the outdoor pool is NEVER OPEN and school is out now but only have set days due to very few life guards… that’s not customers problem. The rules are very annoying and I understand safety ect but it’s a little excessive, If parents are present with the kids I don’t see what the issue is to use the outdoor pool being that is the standard at any apartment complex, water park ect but the ymca of all places isn’t going to allow people to even swim because they never have enough lifeguards on duty. This will be last year having a membership with this sorry place!
