So far we have had a very good experience here. The director is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to be helpful. The infant teachers seem like they genuinely care about your child. Ms. Madelyn and Ms. Nicole are great. It seems more personable than what you get at a chain center because it is privately owned. I would definitely recommend coming for a tour and seeing if it is a good fit for your child.
My daughter has been attending The Fox's Den for about 4 months and I have nothing but great things to say about all of the teachers and staff. Naomi is so kind, Chelsa is incredibly organized and helpful, and the teachers have given my daughter an amazing level of care. I love receiving real time updates and pictures on how my daughters day is going. I would definitely recommend The Fox's Den to anyone in need of childcare!
We had a great time at The Fox’s Den, they care about your children as if they are their own. Our daughter went here for about 4 months and she was very well cared for. They get to know your children and are really good about posting photos and getting back to you. A very communicative environment, loving, helpful, and kind. I would recommend this daycare to anyone.
My child had been going to another preschool for the last year. We would pump her up each morning to go to school. She would cry and hold on for life as soon as we got into the school. Today was day 1 at The Fox's Den and I got a wave goodbye with zero crying, my mom heart is bursting at the seams. I have gotten multiple pictures where she looks genuinely happy on day one. I am sad we didn't come sooner. If you are thinking of switching do it.
Today march 7, 2024 at approx 3:30 I found two 2 year old male children running unsupervised towards and in rt 3… I stopped along with another motorist to save these kids and I returned them to the daycare…. The employee stated the boys had escaped and had no idea how long they had been running alone…. I returned them to the back play yard area where there were 3 adults to approx 20 children no one had any idea they had escaped! The female I returned them to NOT upset they were left running alone…. I myself was appalled!!! I advised the Creston Police dept to follow up.. after all if this happened to my children I would want to know!!!!
