I'm not sure what some other reviewers are expecting, but my experience here has always been excellent. The staff are consistently polite, always greeting me with a warm "Hello, welcome in" and a friendly "Have a good one" on the way out. They are alway chill and laid back never had an issue . As someone who prefers to stick to myself and just get my workout done, this is the perfect, laid-back atmosphere. It's clean, the staff are great, and I've never had an issue.

I gave this gym a second chance but the child care is not changing their hours back to what they had them to before Covid. When I canceled the last time I kept getting charged. And now I canceled on the 30th of June and they gave me a hard time obtaining a receipt at the moment of cancellation. They stated that you will receive it in the next 2 to 3 days to look out for it in my email, however you will not have proof of cancellation other than they ask you to take a picture of the screen. I don’t blame the people or the employees That are forced to conduct this type of cancellation procedures. I blame the company for having A system that doesn’t give you a cancellation receipt at that moment. I would like the corporate office or the General manager to get back to me by email or Contact me by email in order to get this review removed or changed. JB

This gym definitely has its pros and cons, but my overall experience is 5 star worthy. First and foremost, I need to give acknowledgment and give appreciation to Miguel Anthony (the Membership Coordinator) for being so kind and willing to work with me in my unique situation. I highly recommend going through Miguel if you’re considering to join the Y. Other staff members are hit and miss as to what mood you’ll get each day… BUT I personally don’t have anything negative to say about the staff. People are human and people have bad days; it’s not that deep. As far as the gym goes - it’s clean and kept in good condition. My only recommendation (for the Y) is to provide better ways of cleaning the machines in between people. They have foaming/gel hand sanitizer through out the room, but it doesn’t give me a “clean” feeling after using it. Maybe provide wipes or spray bottles would be a better alternative? Just a suggestion. Class options are great and I think the price point is understandable for the options you’re given with each membership. If you have a family, with younger kids, the pool is a great resource. If your kid-less (like me) and just want to hit the gym/classes, you will find the gym to be a little more crowded when the kids are out of school. Lastly, I would like to recommend more equipment (example: squat racks and treadmills) as the Y gains more members. I noticed my gym time being longer than normal as I had to wait in order to use popular machines/equipment. There are signs posted around the gym to remind people to share and take turns but they’re is always that one person who doesn’t care to finish their reps and let others work out. Again, my experience with the YMCA has been great and I’d definitely recommend joining!

This should not be called a gym. Very little equipment, the equipment they do have is either in bad condition or out of service. Way too small of a gym, lockers are tiny and showers suck. Plenty of reason to cancel so I just did. I was told I’d receive an email regarding my cancellation but have to receive anything. Bad customer service for not doing as they said they would.

The staff are just amazing, very friendly. Very easy to communicate with, and the location is always clean and well took and care of.
